Apartment Barceloneta Mar is a cosy 35m2 studio, located only 10 meters from the Barceloneta Beach, in the heart of Barceloneta with a capacity for 4 people.

Down on the beach you will find any number of beach bars and restaurants serving up tasty portions of paella and local fish freshly caught. The port of Barcelona is just a few minutes walk away, where some of the finest sea food restaurants in the city are found.

Connecting onto this is the Gothic Quarter, a beautiful area of 13th and 14th century buildings, with charming winding streets and stunning archways. Here you will find the Picasso Museum, the basilica of "Santa Maria del Mar", the famous "Las Ramblas", the "Palau de la Música" concert house and many other sites of interest. The area is alive with little boutiques, art and craft shops, tapas bars and pavement cafes.

Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 - extra charge of 25 Euro.
Arrivals between 23:00 and 01:00 - extra charge of 40 Euro.

If you lose your keys there will be a charge of 30 Euro.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking.
- An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly by the owner in your credit card - Visa or Master Card, never check.
- The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash.
- Reservations less than 250 Euros needs 40% downpayment of total charge. Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the owner has received the pre-payment and you have received a confirmation email from them.
- A 200 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat (From 4 people: 150 Eur, from 6 people: 200 Eur, 7 up to 9 people: 250 Eur)
- If client needs to change check out date it will be necesary to advertise it to us 7 days before to arrange total charge of reservation, if not we we will keep it.

Special Note: It is essential that the client provide accurate contact details (email and phone numbers). If the apartment owner is unable to contact the client the booking may be cancelled.
