Marbella Apartment is a newly built front row flat overlooking the beach located in Poblenou district. This bright property has a reception area which accesses a private terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and all kitchen utensils as well as crockery and glassware. The bedroom has a king size bed and the study room offers internet access and a printer. The property contains two bathrooms, one with a bath tub and the other one with a shower. A non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. Once we send you the information needed to pay the 30% of the total amount of your stay, you will have 48 hours to send us the bank transfer notification or the form authorising the payment via credit card. During this period, we will provisionally block your selected apartment. Should we fail to receive the payment information we will cancel the booking.

Deposit:

Upon arrival we will ask you to pay a deposit against damages, which will be fully refunded on departure provided there are no damages to the apartment. The deposit will vary between 300 and 500 euros depending on the length of your stay.
