Apartamento Corsega has been recently refurbished to the highest standards, design and excellent quality materials. High ceilings, brightness, spaciousness and large windows make of this space a tranquil, comfortable and enchanting flat.

Capacity for up to 3 people.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a toaster and contains all kitchen utensils. The reception area is beautifully presented and contains a television and high speed internet connection. The flat has a double and a single bedroom.

Situated in the left Eixample district, the building boasts a modernist architecture and is well connected via transport links. The property is within easy reach of the tourist and commercial areas around Passeig de Gràcia as well as the business district in Plaça Espanya.

IMPORTANT:

• Guests can check into the apartments between 15:00h and 23:00h limit time.
• Guests scheduled to arrive in Barcelona before this time can arrange to leave luggage at the property before checking-in (subject to availability).
• Guests arriving between 21:00 and 23:00 must pay EUR 25 in cash at arrival time.
• Additional Compulsory Cleaning Fee (not included in the final rate): 60 Eur

Payment policy:

A non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. Once we send you the information needed to pay the 30% of the total amount of your stay, you will have 48 hours to send us the bank transfer notification or the form authorising the payment via credit card. During this period, we will provisionally block your selected apartment. Should we fail to receive the payment information we will cancel the booking.

Deposit:

Upon arrival we will ask you to pay a deposit against damages, which will be fully refunded on departure provided there are no damages to the apartment. The deposit will vary between 300 and 500 euros depending on the length of your stay.
