Apartment Berlin is located in the district of Les Corts, next to the Avenida Josep Tarradellas and a few metres from Avenida Diagonal and the Sants station where trains arrive from the airport. The apartment is well situated and has all the services around.

Capacity for up to 4 people.

New apartment, 70m², very bright and with a lot of charm. It has one bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, large living room with 2 double sofas and dining table on a separate area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom was new and very spacious.

Payment policy:

Additional Compulsory Cleaning Fee (not included in the final rate): 60 Eur

Additional Late Check-In fee: 

• From 9 to 11pm: 25 Eur
  
• From 11pm...: 50Eur

A non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. Once we send you the information needed to pay the 30% of the total amount of your stay, you will have 48 hours to send us the bank transfer notification or the form authorising the payment via credit card. During this period, we will provisionally block your selected apartment. Should we fail to receive the payment information we will cancel the booking.

Deposit:

Upon arrival we will ask you to pay a deposit against damages, which will be fully refunded on departure provided there are no damages to the apartment. The deposit will vary between 300 and 500 euros depending on the length of your stay.
