Apartamento Cubí es un elegante apartamento recien renovado, decorado con estilo cosmopolita y con un servicio al detalle que hará de su estancia una experiencia memorable.

Este apartamento une los apartamentos Avenir y Casals y ofrece la posibilidad de reservarlo como único apartamento ya que disponen de una puerta que permite tenerlos unidos y da capacidad para alojar hasta 6 personas.

Dos diferentes ambientes con comedor, sofá y televisor, teléfono y conexión a internet inalámbrica gratuita. Muy luminoso, totalmente exterior y dispone de grandes ventanales para aprovechar al máximo la luz y el sol tanto de mañana como de tarde. ponemos a su disposición dos zonas de cocina totalmente equipadas con vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora y todos los utensilios de cocina que puedan precisar durante su estancia.

Cuenta con tres dormitorios dobles, unos de los cuales se puede preparar con dos camas si se desea y tres baños completos con ducha.

También dispone de un sistema de refrigeración y calefacción en todo el piso pudiendo disfrutar en todo momento de la temperatura que se desee en cada ambiente.

Parking privado en la misma finca (consultar tarifas) y servicio de portería.

Payment policy:

Additional Late Check-In fee:

A non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. Once we send you the information needed to pay the 30% of the total amount of your stay, you will have 48 hours to send us the bank transfer notification or the form authorising the payment via credit card. During this period, we will provisionally block your selected apartment. Should we fail to receive the payment information we will cancel the booking.

Deposit:

Upon arrival we will ask you to pay a deposit against damages, which will be fully refunded on departure provided there are no damages to the apartment. The deposit will vary between 300 and 500 euros depending on the length of your stay.
