Apartment:

The spacious living area features large windows and is furnished with a two-seater sofa, television, wireless high speed internet connexion, dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cafetière, toaster, iron, ironing board and contains all kitchen utensils as well as crockery and glassware. The property has a double-bedroom and a modern bathroom.

The flat is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. The building has a lift servicing all floors and concierge service.

Private car park is available within the building (contact us for rates).

Situated in the prestigious Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district, the property is five minute walk to Plaça Francesc Macià, Ave. Diagonal and a short distance to the best national and international designer boutiques.

Close to: Teknon Medical Center, Instituto IVI, Clínica Barraquer, Dexeus, CIRH, Instituto Marqués, Clínica Planas, ESADE, University area.

IMPORTANT:

• Guests can check into the apartments between 15:00h and 23:00h limit time.
• Guests scheduled to arrive in Barcelona before this time can arrange to leave luggage at the property before checking-in (subject to availability).
• Guests arriving between 21:00 and 23:00 must pay EUR 25 in cash at arrival time.
• Additional Compulsory Cleaning Fee (not included in the final rate): 60 Eur

Payment policy:

A non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. Once we send you the information needed to pay the 30% of the total amount of your stay, you will have 48 hours to send us the bank transfer notification or the form authorising the payment via credit card. During this period, we will provisionally block your selected apartment. Should we fail to receive the payment information we will cancel the booking.

Deposit:

Upon arrival we will ask you to pay a deposit against damages, which will be fully refunded on departure provided there are no damages to the apartment. The deposit will vary between 300 and 500 euros depending on the length of your stay.
