Puerta Catedral Studios, are located next to the Cathedral at Hernando Colón Street, one of the most charming streets in our city for the splendid architecture found on each its buildings. Being this the historical and monumental area of Seville (which is included the Indian Archives, Alcazar, Santa Cruz District, Golden Tower and the Bullfight Ring) this is also a cosmopolitan zone of commerce with a great offer of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops.

Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit and booking fee is required to complete your booking.
An additional prepayment of 46% of the total charges is required to finalize the booking. This is to be charged directly by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash or by credit card on arrival.
A Eur 100.00 deposit in cash is required by the owner when you are checking-in and will be returned at your check-out time, if no damage has been done in the flat. The guarantee will vary for the long stays.
Additional cleaning fee: 10 Eur / hour
Additional cost for 1 night stays: 15 Eur
