Beautiful house, completely renovated, in a privileged place, right in the historical centre of Casares - a beautiful white village in Andalucía. 30 Km away from Marbella and 40 kms away from Ronda
Sleeps a maximum of 10 persons.
The house has 3 floors:
• The ground floor consists of a vestibule, a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, plus a bathroom
• The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
• The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a magnificent terrace (approx 15m2) with views of the Mediterranean sea and lovely views of Casares
The kitchen is fully equipped with clean new vitroceramic counter tops and all the usual amenities like oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
The bathroom is roomy with a newly installed shower unit and a seperate room houses the toilet.
Guests must provide their own beach towels.
Location:
Located just 20 minutes from Marbella and the beaches, and 30 minutes from Ronda and Tarifa. An ideal location for a restful holiday in the "real Spain".
Payment policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required
to complete your booking. The remaining balance may be paid by cash in your
arrival + 300 Euros as a security deposit to cover any potential damages caused during the stay. Additional cleaning fee: Eur 90.00
