Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional booking charge of 25% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking within 3 days of reservation completion. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card. Besides, you will be asked your Identity Card or Passport to the company together with a credit card, the last to be used as a guarantee to cover any potential damages caused during his staying in the apartment.
