The Apartmentos Lorcrimar are beautifully furnished air-conditioned apartments with 2 pools set in tropical gardens and a short 15 minute walk to the port. Often regarded as the Monte Carlo of Spain, this chic resort plays host to the world's rich and famous who have their yachts moored in the port. It is an ideal base to tour the whitewashed mountain villages of Ronda, Mijas or Seville, Cordoba, Granada and even North Africa via Gibralter. the complex is just minutes from over forty golf courses including Valderama, Las Brisas, La Quinta, to name but a few. It is 100 yards to Nueva Andalucia International Tennis Centre.

Each apartment sleeps 4 with a fold-up bed supplied for a fifth person at a small extra charge. Also, a cot and high chair is supplied at a small extra charge. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, living area and dining area seating for 5 people and 1 bathroom.

Discounted car hire or airport transfers can be arranged and you can easily arrange day bus tours in an office quite close to the apartment.

Location:
Puerto Banus is a holiday resort situated in the desirable district of Marbella in the Costa del Sol. 40 minutes drive from Malaga Intl. Airport or similar distance to Gibralter Airport, Jerez Airport 90 mins, Seville, Granada and Cordoba Airport 120 minutes which are mostly served by the low cost airlines. 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach Mistral Beach. The area is well known as a retreat for the rich and famous but its accomodation such as this is accessible for very reasonable rates.

Payment Policy:
An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional booking deposit of 25% of the total rental rate is required by the owner to finalize the booking. 8 weeks in advance of arrival, the balance must be paid plus a refundable Security Deposit of Euro150. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card, wire transfer or bank transfer. On receipt of all payments, directions and keys will be forwarded to you.
Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation notice is given in writing less than 8 weeks prior to the rental start date, there will be no rental refund unless the unit is re-rented for the same period. Administration and Service retention of 10% of total rental rate will be retained for all cancellations. There will be no rental refund given after the tenant takes up occupancy. Renters are advised to take out Travel Insurance where most policies cover the cost of accommodation rental in the event of a cancellation.
