The Apartment Almendro is located in Cuesta del Chapiz, one of the main arteries, a thousand-year-old quarter in Albaicín. Ten minutes away from Plaza Nueva, and five minutes to the very famous Mirador de San Nicolás a lookout point with great views to Albaicin largest mosque.

The clients have gardens with swimming pool, private parking and high speed Internet access.

Maximum capacity up to 5 people:

- 1 bedroom for one person
- Living room-kitchen, bathroom, entrance with balcony
- Air-conditioning and heating, kitchen equipment
- Clean towels and sheets every 3 days

- Larga square and Panaderos street: where you can find the 'tapas' bars.
- El Banuelo: the finest 'morish' bath, they were built on 11th Century, using Visigothic and Roman building materials.
- San Juan de los Reyes Church: with the original 13th century minaret.
- Holy Week: the celebrations are spectacular.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 50% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalise the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card.
