Apartment Verde Manzana is located close to the River Tormes (Santa Maria Tormes), just 3-km from Salamanca city centre. The complex offers excellent public transport and easy parking service and it is only ten minutes from the city centre.

The apartment has one independent bedroom with two single beds, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen fully equipped and bathroom. The apartment is new and recently refurbished.

Matacan Airport is located at 14-km. The apartment is ideal for students from Adventia-Senasa. The city centre, Plaza Mayor and Salamanca University are at 10 minutes by bus or by car.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 10% - 25 % (depending on the dates of your booking) of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking within 2 days of reservation completion. This is to be made directly to the owner by Pay-pal or wire transfer. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card.
If you cancel a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge as follows:
If the client cancels the booking with 90 days or more the cancellation charge will be 20% of the total accommodation cost.
If the client cancels the booking between 60 and 89 days before, the cancellation charge will be 30% of the total accommodation cost.
If the client cancels the booking between 30 and 59 days before, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total accommodation cost.
If the client cancels with less than 30 days before, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total accommodation cost.
