Sinatra Apartment I is ideal for a couple looking to rest away from the madness of the busy Old Town district. It is a very stylish and comfortable apartment with a very modern look to it and comes fully equipped to ensure that your stay is a hassle free one.

The approximately 80 m2 consists of a large living-dining room with an open full kitchen, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom, and it is located on a 4th floor with an elevator.

As you enter, the inviting and comfortable living/dining area is the ideal place to sit back and relax after a long day sightseeing or shopping. It comes with a TV and a DVD. The dining area holds a dining table with matching chairs where the guests can enjoy a meal.

There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and a balcony and the second one with two single beds.

The open kitchen style blends with the living-dining room perfectly. It comes equipped with all the basics and more: pots, pans, juicer, toaster, fridge, etc.

The bathroom is clean, modern and fresh looking. It contains a shower unit. Bed linens and towels are all provided.

Compulsory cleaning fee: 40.00 Eur

Include the initial cleaning just prior to arrival. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services (only for stays more than 1 week) for an additional cost of Eur 40.00 and includes a complete change of towels and sheets.

Additional cost late arrivals:
Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 - extra charge of 30.00 Eur
Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 - extra charge of 50.00 Eur

Additional cost early check out:
Check out between 07:00am and 09:00am - extra charge of 30.00 Eur

Payment Policy: 
An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. The outstanding balance is due on arrival in cash. A 200 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat.
