We enjoyed a winter visit to Seville and stayed at the Petit Palace.the staff were welcoming and helpful.The rooms were warm and clean.
The hotel is approx.10 minutes from the centre and near to the shopping area.
We would stay at this hotel again.

La amabilidad y predisposición a ayudar al viajero del personal del hotel, así como la limpieza, servicios y confortabilidad de todas las instlaaciones y de la habitación, hicieron que nuestra estancia en este hotel fuera inmejorable. Sin niguna duda repetiremos y lo recomendamos.

La ubicación es muy buena y la habitación está muy bien: con un diseño moderno y las camas comodísimas.
Lo único negativo que encontramos es que el baño, aunque moderno y limpio, era un poco frío y olía bastante a desagüe.

Hotel muy bonito y moderno, la estancia fue perfecta y la situacion muy buena tambien, a tocar del centro y cerca de la zona turística.
Habitaciones modernas. Ordenador portatil, internet, tv, ...Totalmente recomendable.
Y el servicio de prestamo de bicicletas nos fue perfecto para dar toda la vuelta ppor los alrededores de Sevilla.

El trato del personal ha sido totalmente satisfactorio. La ubicación perfecta. Las instalaciones justas sin pasarse. Hemos echado de menos una mayor limpieza en la habitación. El suelo tiene moqueta y esta no estaba del todo limpia (en concreto debajo de las literas). Salvo este pequeño detalle el resto bien.

Bien ubicado. Aparcamiento concertado. Idioneo localizar como acceder si se va en coche. Tal vez el mobiliario algo deteriorado.
Nos fue muy práctico en nuestras vacaciones por estar en una ubicadición ideal.

We stayed 2 nights - Hotel is in an excellent location and we would use it again because of this. The room we stayed in was clean and very quiet and shower facility was excellent. Very useful too was the laptop with internet access. Overall really good value hotel considering its rated as a 2 star. However we were disappointed that there was a constant smell of sewer in the bathroom but less so in the bedroom. Also on arrival we were informed that to check in it was obligatory to have a passport and that our ID cards were not acceptable because the police in Seville were demanding this. I told the clerk that we had used our ID cards to enter Spain through the Gibraltar frontier and that it was ridiculous that we couldn't use it to check in. The clerk then said we would be checked in with our ID card but that the hotel could be fined if the police found out - all this sounded very odd to us.

i am extremely happy with my stay at petit palace in seville. room was small, however, service was outstanding. they arranged all the bookings for the different day trips, they informed me of the places to go during the day. everyone was very helpful. would definitely go back to this same hotel if i come back to sevilla.

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo tuvimos un pequeño problema al llegar debido a que nuestra habitación aun no estaba lista, tuvimos que esperar cerca de 1 hora pero no importó porque hicimos algo de turismo mientras esperabamos a tener lista la habitacion.

Hemos estado un fin de semana en este hotel somos 4 en la familia, la habitación es pequeña pero a la vez muy bien aprovechada, muy limpio, buen trato del personal, situación del hotel inmejorable lo mismo que el precio, gracias por todo, recomiendo este hotel

La ubicación y el servicio del hotel son magníficos. Sin embargo notamos que tienen un problema con relación al mantenimiento del hotel en general, y de las habitaciones en particular. Hay varias cosas que no funcionan bien, el mobiliario está maltratado, etc. Deberían prestar atención a esto, sino en un año más el hotel estará hecho pedazos. Gracias

¿Que decir de Petit Palace Canalejas? Pues es unos de los mejores hoteles que hay en Sevilla. Lo primero es su ubicación, cerca de todo lo importante y los mejores monumentos. Los empleados, pues aún no ha habido problema que ellos gustosa y rápidamente hayan solucionado, ni que decir que son muy amables y simpáticos. Después de un agotador viaje se agradece que te traten de esa forma. Las habitaciones, son perfectas, con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia allí. Que quieres internet, no hay problema, wifi gratis y un PC portatil, nevera, aseos muy limpios, que es importante y todo el menaje para el aseo personal. Así que si hay dudas de donde quedarse a dormir, ya no hay problemas, Petit Palace Canalejas. Ah! y el precio, de los más económicos y los que más te ofrecen.

Clean. Nice. Good value, friendly staff.
I really like the Laptop and wifi in each room, great idea and good for communication and reservations.
More bicycles should be available.
Cleaning staff should speak quietly in the morning when guests are still sleeping, as we can hear everything in the hall.

Os califico con un 5 absoluto por la onestitad de mandarnos en 24 horas la cadena con el CRISTO de DALI(perdida por la habitacion),por vuestro impecable servicio en general....y como no todo esperfecto,lo unico "negativo" es el cuarto de baño bonito como diseño,pero estrechisimo.
Un saludo cariñoso a la recepcion del PETIT.!!!!
