Accommodation Tailors Hall Hotel is an ideal location whether staying for business or pleasure. Built in 1621 for the Guild of Tailors, renovated and transformed in 1998 and now offering 42 bedrooms, equivalent of a three star standard. This lively hotel and bar complex is located in the heart of the city only minutes walk from Princes Street. Although rooms are secondary glazed, some can be affected by noise from the pub and disco. Stag & Hen groups are welcomed at the weekends when the Cowgate area comes alive with a mixture of locals and visitors alike. Major sporting events are shown on a large screen in the cobbled courtyard of the hotel weather permitting.

Services and Facilities: There are 42 bedrooms located between the four floors which are serviced by a lift. Each room is modern in décor with light wood furnishings and equipped with: En suite bathroom / shower room, Complimentary tea/coffee tray, Colour television, Pay to view movies, Mini safe, Trouser press, Hair dryer, Direct dial telephone, There is a night porter on duty through out the night should you require assistance.

Location: Located in the Cowgate, which is an extension of the Grassmarket, Tailors Hall Hotel is only minutes walk from the Royal Mile. The hotel does not have a car park and therefore recommends the guests use the Waverley Car Park on New Street just off the Royal Mile. Hotel guests are offered a discount.

Bar & Restaurant The Three Sisters Pub serves food daily and 'Upstairs' serves guests a traditional Scottish breakfast. The bar is open from 9am until 1am but later during the Edinburgh Festival and key event dates. Our friendly reception team are on hand to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and memorable.

How to get there Follow signs to Edinburgh city centre along the A8, through Corstorphine, Murrayfield and Haymarket. At the West End of Princes Street, turn right into Lothian Road and left into Kingstables Road. At the end of Kingstables Road turn left into the Grassmarket. Continue along the Grassmarket and into the Cowgate. Go under the first bridge and the hotel is located on your right hand side.
