Location: 15 minutes from the magnificent Culzean Castle & Country Park, and just 20 minutes from three of Scotland's finest championship golf courses - Royal Troon, Prestwick and Turnberry. Clyde cruising and yacht mooring is available by arrangement. These two beautifully furnished apartments provide stylish, comfortable accommodation in one double en suite & one twin with bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen & spacious lounge dining room with superb river and sea views. There is lift access to both Harbour Pointe apartments. The lounge dining room is spacious and tastefully decorated with leather settee and cantilever chairs. There is also a dining area ideal for family meals or candlelit dinners.

Room 1: Bedroom 1 is a large comfortable, double bedroom with sea views, en suite shower room with basin and toilet and wardrobe for storage.

Room 2: Bedroom 2 is a Single or twin bedroom offering flexible sleeping accommodation of a single bed, optional sleepover bed or adult sized bunk beds and wardrobe for storage.

Services & Facilities: The Kitchen is fitted with modern units offering an electric oven, gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, china, glassware, napkins - in fact everything you may need for four guests. There is an attractive bathroom with bath, wash hand basin, toilet and a selection of toiletries. There is private car parking for one vehicle per apartment. Gas, electricity and private parking costs are included in the rental and telephone calls are charged at cost and an honesty box is provided. Linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly for rentals of 1 week or more. A complimentary welcome pack, which includes, tea, coffee, milk and bread will be waiting on your arrival. Both apartments are non-smoking.
