comments Pluses: Hotel is not far from main bus stop station. The ratio “quality/price” is good. Public bus stops are near hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good. Room is large (concerning my room), clean and relatively convenient. Minuses : personal hasn’t good information related to public transport nearby hotel; so called ”breakfast package” (in a case of early morning departure) is very poor; place for smoke near elevator entrance (4-th floor) and ashtray with stubs directly ahead of an entrance in the lift generate unpleasant smell; a list of TV programs on the card near TV doesn’t correspond to real TV program set; it is not possible to control light in room from a bed. I guess that definition 4 stars hotel given at the Booking.com doesn’t correspond to the real hotel’s category. Aleksy (Poland)

comments Three Crowns Hotel exceeded my expectations! Price-quality ratio is very good, the staff is friendly and helpfull and the food in the restaurant is good. Positive things I really noticed: - Water was always warm! - Every day roomservice did their best job to give you clean towels/bed and a clean room. - Staff was speaking English very good A few things could be made just a little more pleasant very easily: - Make sure you can hang the showerhead somewhere above your head in rooms with a bathtub - Place a showercurtain Our stay at Three Crowns was very pleasant, we'd like to come back any time!

comments Excellent location, just a few minutes by tram from Wenceslas Square. Room was great, food was great and Staff were very friendly. Only problem was the room was to hot due to not being able to get to the controls for the radiator.

comments Freundliches, sauberes Haus in Hauptbahnhofsnähe mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt dort und ich war erneut sehr zufrieden, sodass ich plane, noch in diesem Jahr wiederzukommen.

comments We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The personnel was very friendly and the room was nice,clean and comfortable. Only thing was that the bar lady didn't know how to make a spanish coffee and gave the coffee and baileys separately and charged to much for that but other than that it was an excellent stay and we are looking forward to finishing of the apartments

comments Good time spent in Prague in nice hotel with good service, nice breakfast, 20 minutes walking from downtown... In superior rooms there is no much privacy in bathroom because there is no unlock door so it is necessary to know and no wireless on room but in receptions they give you ethernet cable for free... Nice staying! Price is very good!

comments Hotel je útulný a pěkný, koupelna krásná, na pokoji mi vadilo, že po prvním příchodu bylo na čistém povvlečení spousta cizích vlasů-asi paní pokojské, což mi znepříjemnilo první dojem a podlaha nebyla příliš čistá. Personál se u snídaně tvářil, jako yb tam byl za trest, pan recepční byl příjemný. Oceňuji vybavení koupelny a klid hotelu.

comments Hello We were with you on Chirtmas Eve at the restaurant. The foot was good , but there was only One Person to operate! There were many mistakes by and hence the long wait for food. So for next year ,three staff members for this crowded restaurant. Yet another feather for this ONE STAFF MEMBER en the people in the kitchen. We also have another room got a little bigger with a bigger window on the fourth but better than the skylight. Thanks for this. May by next year on the third floor? comments Very good hotel, very clean but some correction should be done in room: 1) Not avaliable writing area: table, chairs (excluding balcony) 2) Not avaliable refrigerator ( its not important due to existing bar and good service in rooms) 3) On reception or somewhere else in hotel can't rent adapter for electricty connector In any case we are very satisfied living in hotel, service level and can say: Thank you. comments Ich war schon ein paar mal in diesem Hotel und es gefällt mir gut. Es ist nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof und von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Zimmer sind gross. Das Bad im Standardzimmer war nicht ganz so toll. Dafür ist das Frühstück auch in Ordnung. Ich komme im nächsten Jahr wieder.

comments Tja, bei einem Buchungsportal waren 4 Sterne angegeben, bei einem Bewertungsportal nur drei - diese treffen wohl eher den Kern der Sache Die Rezeption ist neu und einladend, die Zimmer (unseres war im alten Teil) waren solala - grosszügig, gepflegt, aber das Mobiliar war doch etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen. Was überhaupt nicht passte, war, dass während der gesamten Zeit keine Handtücher gewechselt wurden. Ein auf den Boden gelegtes Tuch wurde entfernt und ein Neues gab es nicht. Gestaubsaugt wurde auch nicht, offenbar lediglich die Betten gerichtet. Das WC-Papier neigte sich dem Ende zu, eine neue Rolle war aber nicht in Sicht UND es roch stark nach Rauch im Flur, weil da teilweise (offenbar Gäste ?) rauchten. Das Personal am Empfang und der Bar war sehr nett. - Der Hotelfahrer war ebenfalls sehr nett, pünktlich und sprach gutes deutsch und erklärte auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten (fuhr aber doch äusserst schnell obwohl das nicht nötig war und schrieb dabei SMS auf seinem Handy). Frühstück war o.k. - ausreichend und relat. vielfältig, aber ohne Highlights. Insgesamt war das Hotel im Verhältnis zum Preis zu empfehlen, obwohl man auf den Seiten und Beschreibung einen wertigeren Eindruck vermittelt bekommt. Die Entfernung zur Stadt ist im Übrigen näher als der erste Eindruck vermittelt - Mit der Tram in wenigen Minuten. - Der Aufenthalt in Prag war SEHR schön - vielen Dank.

comments We stayed in a superior room and we were and pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. The breakfast buffet was the best that we had during our entire trip to Europe (also visited London, Paris and Munich), great food selection and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

comments A very nice stay for four nights in two superior rooms. The rooms were ok, nice with a little balcony in one of them! The location of the hotel was ok, just a little walk to the tram station and after a couple of minuts you were in the heart of Prague. Though it is possible to walk instead we always took the tram - a very easy way to travel in Prague and you never waited more than 2 minutes for one to come. Breakfast was fine - different types of bread (toast, baguette) and yoghurt, fried eggs, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, soup, cake etc. Very nice coffee! The staff always tried to help and the cleaning of the rooms was alright - the only issue was their cleaning spray which smelled terrible! I can really recommend Three Crowns - according to me it is a very affordable hotel.

comments Hotel mit guter Lage. Ruhiges Wohnviertel, 15min zu Fuß zum Platz der Republik. Polizeiwache ist in der Strasse, man fühlt sich auch nachts sicher. Frühstück ist englisch, was nicht unser Fall war. Ansonsten sehr freundliches Personal. Die Garage ist sehr eng, aber ist auch kein Problem.

comments hotel dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach i za to własnie tak wysoka nota - nie oszukali na niczym. dojazd także na 5, z tego co pamiętam trzeba z głównej drogi skręcić 2-3 razy :). położony w cichej uliczce, z klimatyczną lokalną knajpą naprzeciwko wejścia - polecam tatara i chleb czosnkowy!! dojazd tramwajem do centrum bezproblemowy. kilka razy zdarzyło się nam przejść odcinek ze starego miasta do hotelu - wolnym spacerkiem 20 minut - po drodzę pivovarsky club - dla miłośników piwa obowiązkowo! szacunek, polecam :):)

comments Wybrałem w hotelu pokój wyższej kategorii i jestem pod wrażeniem! Piękny nowoczesny wystrój, balkon z widokiem na ciche, gustownie zaaranżowane patio i ogromna, nowoczesna łazienka. Jedyne drobne minusy to: brak choćby jednego krzesław pokoju ("pożyczyliśmy" z balkonu) i brak miejsc na parkingu hotelowym. Przemiła obsługa pomogła nam znaleźć miejsce na parkingu sąsiedniego hotelu. Spędziłem tam kilka dni z rodziną i gorąco wszystkim polecam!

comments Rooms were quite comfortable. Good bed; however; bathroom without doors is not a good idea :) Hotel is close to the centre (30 minutes of walk) - it is a big advantage. The area was a bit noisy during the night. Breakfast - excellent. Personnel was very nice! One more thing: TV should have English channels also, not only German! This Hotel is definitely worth visiting:)
