This was my fourth time staying at the Hotel U Krale Karla and i can't wait to go back again!!! Its a perfect hotel positioned in a perfect location in a perfect City. Staff and so friendly and helpful and hotel is absolutely beautiful. I can not recommend this hotel enough.

We loved staying at the Hotel U Krale Karla! It is a charming, quaint, and clean hotel near the palace and the cathedral, and it is within easy walking distance to all the wonderful attractions of the city. The personnel was exceedingly kind, dependable and extremely helpful, which was especially appreciated by those of us not speaking the language. The breakfasts were excellent. On our next trip to Prague, we would certainly plan to stay there, and also recommend it to anyone wishing to visit this awesome city. We had a wonderful time!

The hotel has a delightfully old-fashioned, traditional decor but everything is clean, works well, and is comfortable. The people at the front desk were most helpful and helped make our stay very pleasant. We were totally satisfied.

I loved the location and found the staff very professional and accommodating...especially the female staff member that worked during the day. I am sorry I did not get her name so I could be sure you knew to let her know that her kindness and professionalism were appreciated. I did try several times to email this hotel when my travel plans changed, and never got a response to my emails. I sent them via your web site and she said the web site had changed. It might have been wise to make sure guests who used the old web site could still get an email respnse even though you have a new site.

Hotel perfectly placed for the castle and the other tourist sites. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The room my wife and I had was very good although may I suggest somehow install air con or provide fans in the rooms as it was very warm at night. The provision of internet facilities for those who do not have a laptop would be a major plus. I can,t leave without mentioning breakfast it was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel to our friends.

Yes, the stay was a good one, rooms spacious and clean, food for breakfast excellent. Location great too, although somehow tiring if a day spent walking around due to the steep climb to reach the hotel back. Will suggest to anyone who likes antique and small hotels to stay there.

Dobry den moc se nam v hotel U KARAL KARLA moc libylo .Byly jsme moc spokojeni s ubytovanim y s velmy dobrou obsluhou. Es war ein Erlebnis, in diesem über 400 Jahre alten Haus zu verweilen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr kunstfertig und stilvoll. Die Atmosphäre vermittelt Prager Lebensgefühl.

I had the most enjoyable 9 days in your beutiful hotel. The staff were all extrememly kind and helpful, my apartment was very comfortable and I will certainly come and stay again on my next visit to Prague.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons et nous sommes très contents du calme, du service, que ce soit pour les chambres ou le restaurant dont la cuisine est excellente. Cette année avec le volcan, nous n'avions plus d'avion, et heureusement que nous étions dans cet hotel car les employés de la réception nous ont trouvé une solution dans l'heure. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, freundlicher Umgang mit dem Personal, Intrenetzugang war ein wenig kompliziert, aber möglich, einziger Minuspunkt: Der Frühstückskaffee ist wirklich schlecht!
