comments I liked my stay in your hotel. But there was few problems. There were no AC and Fan. I was feeling warmer some times. Only there were 20 channels with only one BBC english channel. TV size should have been bigger. There was no internet connection in rooms though it was committed in your agreement paper. There was no provisions to dry cloathes in the room for which I could not wash a single cloath of mine.

comments We stayed at Mala Strana for five days and attended a scientific conference at Prague convention center. Local travel in Prague is very simple, convenient and fast with tram and subway (15 min from hotel to convention center). The old town, the castle and Charles bridge are within walking distance. We have been very satisfied with the hotel itself. Nice large room under the roof. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Relatively quiet. Not much noise from other rooms. An extra door between entree (and bath) and the living/sleeping room keeps the noise from the corridor away. Clean, but it is clear that the rooms have been in use for some years.

comments отель вполне соответствует своему статусу, приличные завтраки, каждодневная уборка номера, услужливый персонал, единственное, хотелось бы отметить как небольшой недочет -отопление, которое практически отсутствует, что в зимние месяцы ощутимо. Посредственная шумоизоляция-если у вас за стенкой соседи, готовтесь быть в курсе событий

comments The desk staff was very helpful and spoke impeccable English. They also directed us to some of the best restaurants in the area and and invaluable site, a laundromat. The hotel was quaint and roomy. I could have used some good directions on how to get from the airport or train station to the hotel. We encountered a tiny challenge in locating them.

comments We booked 4 nights at this hotel based on positive reviews from other travellers. The accommodation was adequate although the furnishings are a little dated and showing signs of wear. The staff were helpful and a very good breakfast is served. Unfortunately smoking is permitted in the lounge, making it unpleasant for non smokers. The location is excellent for walking to most of the major sights in Prague. We travelled to Prague by train and the No. 9 tram to and from Holosevice Station was very convenient. Overall the hotel was as we had expected and is good value for money.

comments PLUSES: very good location which is not far to the center BUT is perfectly located close to good eating places at reasonable prices AND a few steps from a tram stop which can practically take you anywhere in the city in a few minutes. Big well equipped rooms with extra amenities and free use of PC & internet in the lobby. Decent breakfast as well. MINUSES: If you need a double bed make sure you don't get a double bed with two single mattresses! This will make your nights somewhat uncomfortable if you're a loving couple :-)

comments The Hotel Mala Strana was a comfortable, clean and pleasant hotel in which to stay. Location was excellent as it was within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our stay and helped with checking in, giving directions, booking trips etc with a great deal of professionalism. The rooms, although basic, were comfortable and extremely well maintained. It was lovely to have the option of using the little kitchenette. Fresh bedding and towels were given each day which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was more than substantial and there was plenty to choose from. A lovely little hotel from which to enjoy everything Prague has to offer.
