Excellent hotel in an ideal location,quiet at night yet close to centre.Breakfast very nice & staff very helpful.We realy appreciated the hotel taxi which was reasonably priced and reliable. If we ever went back to prague we would definitely use again.

The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, the beds comfortable and I was extremely please that I could open the bedroom windows for fresh air and regulate the room temperature. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Opera last July. The hotel is beautiful, very well located and the personnel is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My room wasn´t facing the street, so it was really quiet. The hotel is walking distance from Nameste Replukly and two blocks from the subway (Florenc station). Breakfast is OK, although you could tell that the kitchen was a smoking room (as the whole city is). The service is good and personnel are diligent and friendly. They were supposed to pick me at the airport but they were late, so they got really worried and called me to let me know. In the end, I took a taxi but when I left Prague they took charge of the taxi that drove me to the station. I definitely recommend Opera Hotel ,as it gives you the real Czech experience.

We had a great stay at Hotel Opera, superb location within walking distance of the major sights, and a good hotel. We had dinner at the hotel once, it was tasty and not expensive. Breakfast was good too. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything one needs. The two things that disappointed us were that the sheets were too short as they didn't fit over the mattress, that is something I wouldn't expect in a four star hotel. Furthermore, we used the whirlpool twice, and while it was clean the first time, the second time there was quite some dirt in the water.

Well located, clean and quiet. Need to correct the position of your curtains as the sun enters at certain times in the day.

Little bit "poor" breakfast, some problem with internet access in the room, but fast fixed. Sure can be recommended.

I liked my stay very much. The staff was polite, the room thoroughly clean and orderly. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely go back the next time I go to Prague.

The Hotel Opera is a charming hotel with well-appointed rooms, conveniently located, either walking or tram, to the city center. I would highly recommend staying there!

Positive: (1) The on-line booking process was flawless and easy. (2) The hotel very kindly helped me arrange a taxi from the airport and back. (3) The value for cost of the room was very good. (4) The location is convenient to tour the city. (5) The day desk and bell staff are very pleasant and helpful. (6) There are several reasonably-priced eating establishments nearby. (7) The included breakfast is good. Negative: (1) The staff smoke heavily making hallways (even near non-smoking rooms) and lobby unpleasant for nonsmokers.

Absolutely wonderful - from checking in to the hotel everything was perfect. Food in the restaurant was superb (and extremely good value), the sauna/hot tub were a real treat (used on two days) and well worth the money. All staff I found were very courteous and helpful. On my last morning I decided to treat myself to breakfast in the room - well the poor girl could hardly carry the tray there was so much food! Fantastic! Location is wonderful - number three tram literally outside the front door and it will get you anywhere with a change (I used mostly Narodni Trida to transfer) and direct to Opera House in four stops plus a seven-minute walk. Florenc metro around a three-minute walk from hotel. As a smoker my room was on the top floor with Velux windows but was big, light and bright, REALLY comfy bed and big squishy pillows- heaven! Flat screen television and a table and two nice chairs. Bathroom lovely - spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean (as was everything at the hotel). Breakfast excellent and a nice room.

I was very pleased with the Opera Hotel. It was a 5-minute walk to the centre of town and it was immaculate, updated, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was more than anyone could ask for. It was good value for the price and I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Prague.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Opera Hotel. I travel regularly to Prague and have sampled a few other hotels but the Opera beats them all for quality, price and location.

Snack Bar couldn´t offer anything to eat at night but peanuts or crisps.
