Dear Mr. Wettström, we are really sorry, that you felt uncomfortable during your stay, especially when the AC was working. It is necessary to switch it on individually in each room. The instructions are on the control panel. It is really pity, that you did not ask someone from our staff for help. The problem could have been easily solved. |

Dekujeme za vase hodnoceni naseho hotelu. Bohuzel parkoviste pred hotelem nepatri hotelu, ale mestu, tudiz je nutne vhodit mince do parkovaciho automatu. Co se tyce uctu, po opusteni pokoje hostem jeste pokojska kontroluje minibary a teprve pak je ucet vytisknut hostovi. Tato procedura nicmene trva pouze chvilku. |

We are really sorry that you were not 100% satisfied. Next time plaese ask for a room with shower as we have both bath tubes or showers in the rooms. The fridge can be obviously switched off, when the guest finds it too loud. And all the heaters have individual regulation. So we reccommend to ask the staff for help. Thank you! |
