Eventhough we do our best some technical problems cannot be foreseen and accidents happen (especially as our hotel is located in a historical building). In this case we tried to find our guests substitute accommodation and compensate their discomfort. Eventhough our hotel has been reconstructed and refurbished quite recently we know that there is still a lot of room for improvements and changes. The view on the quiet Hastal Square is really charming, especially in a warm summer night that´s why we are planning to install a small seating on the balcony in the Honeymoon Room.
