Eva at the front desk was wonderful. She made dinner reservations, and took a deposit on a tour that i did not know how to do. She switched our room to a non smoking room. I know that people have complained about the breakfast, but it was more than adequate. It is true that there are no eggs but even if you don't like meats for breakfast, there were 3 kinds of cereals, 2 juices, danish, yougurt, chesses, and breads. There were also canned fruit coctail and frest tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. It was a 3 minute walk to old town square, and Josefov. From my room, I could see the castle and St VItus's Cathedral. My price was 68 Euros. I took the option of being met at the airport which was 29 Euro, a bit indulgent on my part, but was sonderful to be greeted at the airport with "welcome to Prague" and to not worry about anything after that. Later I met a couple from Maryland who drove from Munich. It is only about a 3 hour drive, but they said it took 3 hours to get to Prague and about 10 hours to find the hotel, so I was glad we took the limo ride.	report this review as inappropriate

I was very satisfied with my stay in Hotel Ha?tal Prague Old Town. In my job I have to do a lot of travelling and I have stayed in many kinds of hotels. My family originally comes from the Czech Republic, so I was curious to see what are hotels in Prague like. What I really liked best was the quiet atmosphere not very usual in the city centre. And of course, the room was clean and quiet, service flawless, staff helpful....and the view from my room just stunning! I must come back.	report this review as inappropriate
