Tuto nepříjemnost jsem s nimi probral a pevné věřím, že se nic podobného nebude v budoucnu opakovat. Rád bych se Vám omluvil i za přidělení jiného typu pokoje. Naopak mně potěšila Vaše spokojenost s pracovníky recepce a s to Anettou a Romanem, kteří svým profesionálním přístupem zjednali nápravu k vaší spokojenosti. Budeme se těšit na Vaši příští návštěvu.
