comments I am very, very impressed with the staff's impeccable service! We checked in very late and were starving. They took time to find us a (very good) restaurant that is still open and when we got there the receptionist already reserved a table for us. They even pointed us to the different tourist spots nearby. Very impressed!

comments We had a lovely stay in Hotel Clement. Peter at the reception was very nice and helped us to find a good place to eat. The room was clean and full equipped and beautiful view to the city, beds were comfortable and extreamely comfortable. Breakfast was nice, too. Very good price for this quality.

comments 6 jours à Prague en Juillet 2011, séjour à l'hôtel Clement. Havre de paix idéalement situé, très proche du centre accessible à pieds. Hôtel luxueux, service efficace et discret. Exécutive room au 9ème étage très bien équipée, vue splendide. Petit déjeuner très varié et surtout très très copieux! Nous avons apprécié le taxi mis gratuitement à disposition pour le transfert aéroport/hôtel lors de notre arrivée. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est référencé dans le guide du routard.

comments hotel parfait à tous points de vue. Accueil souriant et efficace. Chambres spacieuses et impeccables! Insonorisation et clim au top. Petit déjeuner en quantité importante et très diversifiée (ce, même en cas d'arrivée à l'heure limite de 10 h!!). Vraiment, ne pas hésiter une seule seconde lors du choix d'un hôtel qui mérite vraiment ses 4 étoiles à Prague. De plus, il est à , à peine 10 minutes de marche de la vieille ville!!!!! que demander de plus?

comments Fantastic hotel, great location on a quite street, one block from the Vlatva River and about 10min walk from the old town square. Shop and numerous restaurant within the area. Breakfast is great with both hot and cold food served. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Ten out of ten.

comments un hotel très propre. Un petit déjeuner bon, varié et frais. Une chambre grande et bien conçue, avec une mention spéciale pour la bouilloire, agréable de prendre un thé le soir. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le servuice qui consiste à réserver un taxi en même temps que la chambre d'hotel, qui est venu nous accueillir à l'aéroport. enfin la disponibilité et le professionnalisme de chacune des personnes à l'accueil est à souligner. Nous avons tous été ravis de notre séjour à 'hôtel Clément.

comments Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Freundliches Personal, gemütliche und mit Geschmack eingerichtete Zimmer, sichere (und beheizte) Tiefgarage. Die Lage des Hotels ebenfalls TOP, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Prag werden wir das Hotel auf jeden fall buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

comments Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Stadthotel - Preis ok - nur eine paar Schritte zur Moldau und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt - Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut - Personal sehr freundlich - Zimmer nicht übermäßig groß, dafür sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet - im 9. Stock mit Balkon über den Dächern von Prag! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons apprecié le transport en limousine de l'aréoport à l'hôtel , c'est le fun de voir quelqu'un qui nous attends avec notre nom. comments My daughter and I recently stayed in a VIP room at Hotel Clement. The room was well-equipped and spacious enough with a superb curved window and spectacular view over Prague. Soft bath robes were a most welcome addition. Reception staff were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfasts provided were lovely, with plenty of variety of hot and cold food. The hotel was on a quiet street, and just a short interesting 10 minute walk to the Old Town Square, and even less to the new Palladium Shopping Centre and metro. Overall a very pleasant stay in a small, well-priced 4 star hotel, and would definitely stay again.

comments I did lots of research when planning my visit to Prague. I wanted to stay in a hotel reasonably close to the centre but not noisey. The Hotel Clement was in the perfect location. I was particularly anxious because of the confusion caused by the name change, from Hotel Belagio so I was worried that this hotel didn't match up with the one that received all the great reviews. My husband and I arrived late in the evening and felt very welcome by the informal friendly attitude of the lobby staff. Our room was clean and pleasant. The shower, though really powerful was awkward to manage because it had to be hand held which made it difficult not to end up spraying the floor. My husband and I agreed that it was the best breakfast on offer in all our travels. I like the healthy cereals, fruit and yoghurt whilst he likes the cooked breakfasts plus the choice of bread or croissants. It was all delicious. If anything ran out staff were quick to replace them. We had to leave early on our final morning so they made up a 'breakfast box' for us which we enjoyed whilst waiting for our flight. I guess the only criticisms are that the tea making facilities in our room amounted to one tea bag, one milk and one coffee sachet. This wasn't a problem to me because I always bring riobos tea bags with me and drink it black. However, my husband likes his cups of tea. The hotel is in the Jewish Quarter. There are some really nice restaurants close by and better prices than the one's in the Old Town Square. It's close to the Metro and tram stops but also easy walking distance to all Quarters and the wonderful sites. Also, it's only 5 minutes walk to a great shopping mall (opposite the Powder Gate). I would definitely stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

comments The only reservation we had was that the shower over the bath was difficult to manage while it is in the holder. The water is liable to end on the floor. One has to hold the shower head with one hand while trying to shampoo etc. This is unsatisfactory. It would have worked better if the holder had been hung on the short wall or, better still, if the shower head pointed downwards instead of sideways. As regards using my name with this review, you can call me John or J.D. (not my full name). I would give the staff 6 out of 5! for their friendliness and help at all times. The food was excellent, very comfortable bed, convenient location, would love to stay there again. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

comments We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and all people at the desk were always helpful and pleasant. It was very clean and had everything required at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was lovely and fresh especially the fruit salad and plenty to choose from and service here was also good. Great Location

comments Each and every member of the staff at the Bellagio Hotel were exceptionally good. My last evening in Prague I left my hat at a restaurant they called the next day to say that had found it and mailed it back. I would recommend staying there. Ishman

comments Room very pleasant with beautiful bathroom, many large windows that opened fully on a partial view of the river; however, it was a little out of the way in a rather grim, however, quiet, neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was generous but average quality and selection.

comments I truly enjoyed my stay at the Bellagio. The hotel was lovely, clean, and had a wonderful location right in the Jewish Quarter. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. They also had free internet access in the lobby, which was a nice perk.

comments I've stayed in the hotel for two nights. The hotel is great and it's very well located: it's 10 minutes away (by walk) from the old city center or 15 min to the castle. I've enjoyed the coffee/tea making facility in the room (as I'm a smoker :) ). The WiFi signal was quite weak in my room, however the speed was more than enough for quick surfing and even some downloads. The personnel is very friendly. The service is made in-time.

comments I could not fault the Hotel. The staff were helpful and spoke very good english. A restaurant was recommended to us nearby which was excellent. We went twice, well worth a visit. "Mlejnice" Kozna 14. The staff advised us about the best way to pay our bill so that we did not lose out on the exchange rate. The location was perfect for all the sites so that you could walk almost anywhere. The breakfast was very good completely self service but with all the choice you would expect for hot and cold food
