The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and extremely well located to see all of the sights of Prague. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. I stayed here in 1999 and was pleased then - my second stay in 2012 was even better!

Perfect, nothing special to say, very well located by the Charles bridge. Just a remark: the curtains of the room were too light transparent!

We experienced kind and alert service from the all staff members in the breakfast room and in the reception. Our room was lovely and was kept cleen during our stay. As non-smokers we noticed the smell of smoke in the sitting areas and therefore we did not feel tempted to use these areas. All together we liked the hotel very much and we recommend it warmly.

Most excellent stay. Comfortable. Location. Restaurants. Sights, etc......... One draw back, no aircondition. But you don't go to Praha to sit in your room.

The room was great, stayed in the 'Tower' at room V3. Did not expect it to be that great. It was said that it was the quietest room and it was. It was so spacious i thought i was going to pay more, but no. The breakfast was great, having variety on each day. The Prague napkins were a nice touch. Location is perfect, a little walk from Karluv Most and Tram Stations at Mala Strana. Service was also nice, staff was accommodating and always greeted you whatever time of the day. Only gripe is that, the foreign exchange, it would be better if they can also change from CzK to Euro. Aside from that, I would recommend staying here and would probably book here again if ever I go back to Prague.

Great location just 1 minute to Charles Bridge and short walk to Prague old town centre. Friendly staff at front desk and clean&spacious room.

Rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom was modern and recently renovated. Breakfast was ample and very good. Rooms were not air conditioned.

We have been very well received. The location is excellent. Breakfast is good quality. The price is right. The car parking is too expensive. The restaurant is quite good.

Good location, very close to Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Old town square is just a few blocks away. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large rooms. Clean and complete bathrooms. Very, very, hospitable staff. Able to arrange taxis from the hotel going to the rail station. I hope you can also offer pick ups from the airport/rail station going to your hotel next time (because many taxis in Prague overcharge). At first impression you might be spooked by the hotel's interior (Renaissance style) but you'll get used to it. Will definitely come back to this hotel on our next visit.

Staff at the reception desk were extremely responsive and helpful with advice and recommendations. The hotel was lovely and we have already recommended it to our friends.
