comments Very good choice in the center of Prague as of quality/price rate. Very helpful staff. Wish the hotel got rid of outside framing scaffolds very soon! Very good free wired internet connection in the rooms! Worth to come back.

comments ロケーションがいいです。旧市街広場にも程近く、空港からのバスが発着するリプブリック広場からすぐです。ホテルの部屋は、十分な広さがあり、バスルームも十分な広さがありました。 朝食もおいしく、チェコワインもありました。あえて難点をいえば、無料wi-fiが部屋で使えなかったことくらいです（タイミングによっては使えるのですが）。ロビーでは、問題なく利用できました。 またプラハに行くことがあれば、利用したいです。

comments We were very pleased to discover this hotel. It was centrally located so we were able to walk every where. The rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. I was disturbed the first night (Good Friday) by what seemed like a night club or party and I even phoned reception in the early hours of the morning to find out when the music would stop. I equipped myself with ear plugs for the following night but didn't need them, so maybe it was a one off. We stayed over the Easter weekend so the hotel was busy. As a result of this breakfast was very frustrating as there were not enough seats for the amount of people. As we are british we waited politely at the entrance for tables to become free. We quickly realised this was a mistake,some of our fellow guests walked past us and started parading around the tables, intimidating anyone near to finishing. Maybe some sort of first come first seated could be put in place but the staff were working very hard to clear tables and to keep the food area fully stocked. Our final day was quieter and we were able to enjoy breakfast which was very good with lots of choice. I would definately reccomend this hotel and would have no hesitation in going back. Carol Cooper

comments Lovely clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location for all the major sights. Only two small issues that made it less than perfect: the hotel does not provide seperate shampoo and body wash - these are mixed together. The breakfast room is very small considering the size of the hotel and on the first day we had to wait for a table as there were none available. Other than this, would definately recommend.

Your hotel is rather good, but one case was'nt no good.We ordered the hotel tranport from air port and someone made a mistake and let us to wait on air port all most one hour.We had to call hotel reception and ask to sent transport picking up us again.The start of holliday was not good.The transport was'nt not cheap either.

comments Absolutely fantastic location. On quiet road only a few minutes walk from the main square. Only negative was having to pay for water during the day - bought a bottle of water from a shop a few minutes away for a fraction of hotel price. Breakfast was satisfactory. Thank you

comments t was a very pleasant stay. Professional staff provides very good service, It was raining and we got an umbrella from the reception. It vas very kind and helpfull. The room is clean, We left for breakfast and the beds were already done and room has been cleaned when we returned. It was a nice feeling, that you are taken care of. The beds are of good quality and very comfortable, one get a really nice sleep.. Breakfast is exellent, a great verriaty to choose from.. We can recommend this hotel to everyone and iIf it vill be an occasion will stay there again. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

comments Das Hotel Astoria entsprach sehr unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt in der Altstadt, man braucht kein Auto. Es empfiehlt sich einen Parkplatz im Vorfeld zu reservieren. Das Personal ist super. Sehr freundlich, hilfbereit und spricht mehrere Sprachen. Ausstattung und Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis passt. Einziges Mango, zuwenige Sitzplätze zum Frühstück. Es ist eng und die Mitarbeiter müssen ständig umdecken um die Plätze für die wartenden Gäste wieder herzurichten. Alles in Allem gerne besuchen wir das Hotel wieder. Werner und Ines

comments Es war in der Nacht draussen immer recht laut und auch die Zimmernachbarn hörte man gut. Die Matrazen waren hart wie Stein jedoch waren die Zimmer geräumig und toll fanden wir, dass wir ein 3er Zimmer buchen konnten. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist super, in 2 Minuten ist man gleich im Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Läden.

comments Siamo stati a metà Febbraio per una settimana all'hotel Astoria in una stanza bella e spaziosa all'ultimo piano con una splendida vista sui tetti di Praga. Spettacolare la posizione dell'albergo, in una stradina del centro storico non trafficata e vicino a tantissimi ristoranti. Ottima la pulizia della stanza e la colazione a buffet (attenzione che termina alle 10). Non parlano italiano e noi parliamo male inglese, però non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di comunicazione. Internet free in camera (velocissimo, oltre 2Mbit reali!) via cavo (il cavo lo forniscono loro), abbiamo guardato la tv italiana in streaming, infatti la tv lcd 32" della stanza prendeva un solo canale in italiano (RAImed). Decisamente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

comments Very satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, and the size of the rooms. Would have been more comfortable in the public areas if it was non-smoking. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the rooms wound be nice too. We had a fantastic new year in Prague.

comments as a young couple travelling around europe we loved this hotel the most. THE BREACKFAST is to die for, so fresh, and quick with service. All the staff where really nice and the blonde hair man on reception was so funny and freindly made us feel very welcome. Did not like vienna much but would go back to stay at that hotel. comments Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la Place de la Vieille Ville (idéal pour visiter Prague à pied) dans une rue calme et offrant la possibilité d'un garage pour la voiture (quoique assez cher : 25 € la nuit). Chambre pas très grande (au regard de la catégorie de l'hôtel annoncée 4 étoiles) mais confortable (literie, rangements, mini bar, coffre sécurisé) et agréable (7° et dernier étage : vue, un peu limitée, sur la ville). Salle de bain petite mais tout à fait correcte. Entretien quotidien au dessus de tout reproche. Hôtel peu bruyant à l'intérieur sauf un ronronnement permanent mais sans incidence sur notre sommeil (ce bruit provient probablement d'un appareil de climatisation ?) Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux. Un repas pris au restaurant : correct sans plus. Personnel attentif et agréable. Globalement : séjour très satisfaisant ; établissement tout à fait recommandable.

comments spacious room, fairly quiet and bed is comfortable. Well stocked bathroom great choice for breakfast and fab location for reasonable price. Only disappointment was the attitude of a male recepcionist who left us standing in the lobby while struggling to assist a german couple with foreign currency. Hotel would do with a bit of "uplift" but most importantly with a better attitude from staff.

comments All went well from our visit 04-06. may 2010. Only last night 07 may neigher apertment was loud noise and somebody knock at wall from 11pm to 01am. For that reason we wasn`t able to sleep last night. Hotel own restaurant was excellent!. And kicthen were kindly enough to notice speciall requirements.

comments El hotel Astoria es agradable, las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y cómodas, el desayuno es muy completo y la gente que trabaja en el hotel es muy amable y no dudan en ayudarte siempre que lo necesites, eso sí tienes que saber inglés, porque en español no te entienden. Por cierto Praga preciosa aunque un frío de narices.

comments In same week I stayed two times for one night. Found room in 7 th floor somehow better then on 5 th floor. Service was friendly and helpful. Will book hotel again in future.
