comments Although the location was not scenic, it was just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Prague, with excellent modern czech restaurants, full of locals on the same street. The hotel was excellent value for money, with huge rooms and delicious breakfasts. We also enjoyed our jacuzzi bath at the end of each day of sight seeing. Would recommend this hotel. the staff were also very helpful.

comments The Golden Tulip Prague Terminus far exceeded our expectations from our arrival to departure. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. Our room we stayed in was fabulous in size and decor. Breakfast was excellant and certainly catered for all tastes. No matter what time you arrived for breakfast the staff ensured all choices were available and plentiful. A very big thank you to the Golden Tulip Prague Terminus for making us feel so welcome and for ensuring our trip to Prague was memorable. We would certainly stay again at your hotel and would have no hesitation in strongly reccommending you. Thank you once again!

comments The two occasions which I have spent in the Golden Tulip have been most enjoyable, with a very friendly, helpful staff and a very comfortable, well maintained room. comments Mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, teniendo en cuenta los hoteles que sueles encontrar en estas ciudades. Buen servicio, habitacion grande y renovada, baño nuevo y muy amplio y completamente equipado, desayuno abundante, bueno y variado para empezar un dia de caminata por la ciudad. Se puede llegar al centro caminando en poco mas de cinco minutos. Vaya que volvería.

comments Great hotel, we are staying here next time we are in Prague. The Breakfast was great and always fresh. All staff was very helpful. The location of the Golden Tulip is ideal, a couple of minutes walk to the pubs or busy old-prague streets.

comments Golden Tulip Prague Terminus satisfied all our needs and was very quiet and comfortable. It is in comfortable walking distance for all the major attractions in Prague, including the Old Town, Jewish Quarter and Castle areas. We are both in our 60's and walked everywhere. A fabulous visit!!

comments the rating is "In terms of your expectations", that is relative to my expectations I was quite satisfied with the stay and the service-mindedness of the staff - and in particular the exellent breakfast - the only point for improvement is the frying of the bacon, which seems to be an international problem, the quality of the raw material was exellent

comments The rooms are a little bit tired and the room service could be better. (e.g. soap could be changed daily and i'd prefer 2 shampoos and 2 shower gels rather than 4 shower gels) However receptionists were kind of the best i met before. Very helpful and nice. I arrived really early but still was checked in upon arrival and was charged minimal amount for the late check out (at 7 PM). The location is not the best in terms of noise but very close to the city center (10 minutes walk) and even closer to the main train station. Most likely i will stay here next time i'm in Prague.

comments Albergo molto pulito con personale molto disponibile. Le stanze molto spaziose e arredate nei minimi particolari. La colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschissimi. Consiglio l'albergo per un soggiorno a Praga. L'unica cosa che posso dire è che l'albergo si trova lungo una strada molto trafficata e quindi risulta scomodo sia per scaricare le valigie e sia i rumoni per chi riceve la stanza sul lato strada. L'albergo non è posizionato centralmente ma permette in 10/15 minuti di raggiunge a piedi le zone di particolare attrazione. Consiglio anche il parcheggio per l'autovettura che è molto vicino ed è al coperto, anche se lo si paga come scoperto, in quanto si trova sotto un ponte di una strada sopraelevata. Comunque un albergo che consiglio.

comments Reception staff very friendly and check in was quick. Room was clean with plenty fo hanging space and hangers to use. Bathroom was clean with the exception of the toilet that had to be cleaned before it coul dbe used. Breakfast was plentiful although choices could have been more. Location was good for a short walk into the main tourist areas

comments For the first night we were given a no-smoking room (#503) facing the road and highway although we had made clear that we need a no-smoking AND quiet room. The desk manager said we had to choose between a quiet smoking room or a road side non-smoking room. The next day they moved us to room 502 that became available which was both no-smoking and quiet. From that point on our stay was comfortable.

comments The reception and porters were professional and very helpful - a great welcome, thank you. Our sole criticism is the cigarette smoke around the reception and bar area which also drifted down the stairs towards the restaurant, this generally seemed to originate from the lounge area. Very unpleasant for none smokers

comments Breakfast is good and the stay is very pleasant. The only thing was they forgot one of our luggage when we already got transfered to the train station. We had to pay an extra 200 to get back to the hotel and the hotel didn't reimburse us. I think this is the hotel responsibility since they were the one who forgot our luggage the first place.

comments This is my great pleasure to give you feedback on my stay at Golden Tulip Prague Terminus. Even before I came to Prague I had received valuable support by the Hotel staff. The Czech Embassy has very strict requirements for booking confirmations and we had to re-request it several times. Without any complaint, the Hotel staff made all the necessary corrections and we received the faxed documents exactly in compliance with changing requirements. While staying at the Hotel, we felt very welcomed. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed tasty breakfast in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful, every our need was attended. Overall, it was a great week in Prague and we are very grateful to the hotel for making our vacation so memorable. Ekaterina

comments Helpful staff and comfortable hotel chosen for proximity to railway station, I would stay there again. Access to the old town was easy but a flight of stairs had to be negotiated to access the hotel. Good buffet breakfast.
