comments I fist stayed at the Clarion Congress within 3 weeks of it opening. I have been back 5 times since! I must confess that I have always stayed in Executive Rooms, with the advantages which come with that. The free mini bar in the room, the advantages of the Executive Lounge and the free entry to the fitness centre make it well worth the extra expenditure. I have recommended the hotel to many of my friends, who have stayed in the standard rooms and they have all been very impressed by the buffet breakfast. The journey on the underground, from Wencelas Square (Mustek to Vysocanska) takes about 12 minutes and the hotel is right outside that station. A similar standard hotel around Wencelas Square would cost about 50% more. Health permitting I hope to return again soon. Peter Hall (Until last weerks visit I had always booked with Expedia - this time I booked directly with you a your advertised price matched their offer at the time I booked. I will check with you next time before I book with the! When you first opened I wa lucky to be given a free upgrade to Excutive and was fortunate to be given the same privelidge when I bought 2 friends with us in 2009. I note that sometimes on the internet some Prague hotels have very special "late discounts/offers" if you have any such offer I may be interested, so please let me know by email. I visit Prague just for the opera! PH

comments Great hotel, excellent value for money and, despite not being in the city centre, easily reached by Prague's efficient metro system. Although visiting on business, I would have no hesitation in using the CCHP if I get the chance to visit the city for leisure.

comments Your facility was very clean upon arrival. While at the busy front desk the staff acknowledged your arrival with a smile or a nod of the head. Your front desk staff were very friendly and eager to make our stay a memorable one. The concierge was quite accommodating to our planning and her knowledge of the city was most beneficial. Your house keeping staff, although fluent in English, were very responsive to our needs. A very nice venue to stay in for my first European sojourn of which I hope to have many more. comments As a family of 3, we had a fantastic week at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and any issues we had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The breakfast choice was plentiful and the breakfast hours were very generous. The location was superb - out of the city centre but brilliantly connected by metro only a few stops from anywhere you wanted to be. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend the hotel as excellent value for money.

comments Jeden z recepčních, u kterého jsme se přihlašovali, nebyl zrovna sdílný. V podstatě nám jenom předal karty od pokoje. Po několika úsměvných situacích při parkování a ve výtahu (z nedostatku informací) jsme nakonec oslovili jinou recepční a ta nám sdělila vše potřebné, včetně informací o tom kdy a kde se podávájí snídaně a zároveň nás vybavila parkovací kartou, abychom mohli vyjet v případě potřeby. Kromě jednoho recepčního jsme byli se vším maximálně spokojeni.

I enjoyd my stay and look forward to my return for our Annual Conference in October. I would also like to say to you that I forgot to drop off my Smile Bonus Cards. I would like to indicate that Brona Kralova, Sales Coordinator could not have been more prepared and professional. Also, Yvonna (sp?) in the Gourmet Restaurant was a pure delight, not only did she provide excellent, but she also remembered my name when I came in for dinner the next day. Very impressive. comments Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Toll war auch die Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage zu parken und das Late-Check- out war in unserem Falle ideal! Einzig die Clublounge entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Soft Drinks waren leider nicht gekühlt und die angekündigten Früchte und Canapes während des Tages waren nicht vorhanden. Bei unserem nächsten Prag Aufenthalt, buchen wir gerne wieder in diesem Hotel!

comments We (a family of two adults and a 12 y.o. child) stayed in Clarion for 6 nights from January 6 till January 12, 2011. It was very pleasant stay. Clarion Congress Hotel Prague is an excellent hotel, newly-built, extremely clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious. We booked a Perfect Choice package, which included 6-nights stay, return transfer from/to the railways terminal, 2-hours bus city tour, daily city public transport tickets for the whole family, etc. All of that was provided timely and in full range at a very reasonable price. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Although located out of the Old city centre, the hotel is conviniently connected with all the amenities by subway line. It takes about 10-15 min to get Namesti Republiky and 15-20 to get Staromestske namesti or Malostranska. I would recommend the hotel to onyone wishing to explore the city of Prague.

comments The Clarion Congress is a nice modern hotel, with access to the Metro and an attached shopping centre with a good range of food to supplement the hotel bar and restaurant. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and attentive. On the negative side, the paid for cost for internet, i think is excessive in this day and age, which should be inclusive, especially compared to the excellent value room rate, given the quality of the hotel and facilities. I would stay at the Clarion congress again.

comments The accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. I was not able to adjust the temperature to a perfectly comfortable level in the bedroom (no matter how I changed the dial, the temperature stayed about the same, a bit too cool), but I never asked about it, either. All staff were quite gracious and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks for your hospitality.

comments This is the best Clarion I've ever stayed at. Very modern, professional, elegant. Definately worth considering if you want 4 star quality at an amazingly reasonable price. Perfect for first time business traveler to Prague. Metro stop and shopping mall with in 50 steps.

comments Very comfortable hotel with easy access to metro. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. All requests were handled in a timely manner. Our baby boy had a medical emergency in the middle of one night. The overnight receptionist called the doctor for us and followed up when we came back from the hospital. Very attentive. The restaurant staff, except for the hostess, was not as friendly and helpful. We had to get our own baby chair and place settings with cutlery for breakfast and, after 2 days, we decided to have breakfast in the Executive Lounge instead, which was very nicely laid out. However, the computer there was very slow. Room Service was ok. Goulash very salty. The room was always nicely made up. Cleanliness could have been a bit better (hair on the carpet when we checked in). Overall, nice stay. Staying at the Clarion Congress Hotel helped us enjoy our first days in Prague. Thank you.

comments Hotel bol krásne čístý, personál veľmi milí!!! Izba bola nádherná a všetko bolo krásne upravené, v hotely je úúúplne všetko...ocenujem, ze nemusim chodit von aby som sa dostal do metra..taktiez ocenujem ,ze je hotel spojeny s nakupnym centrom..bol to pre nas nadherny pobyt a urcite sa tam radi vratime a ked pojdeme znovu do prahy, tak sa neubytujeme uz nikdy inde !!! DAKUJEME CLARION

comments Myself and my wife had a wonderful stay recently in the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. The executive room was lovely and hotel staff were more than helpful. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

comments Very accessible location on metro. Very good choice at breakfast. Staff who were quick to solve problems encountered. A nice, spacious and clean family room which was very well priced. I recommend the hotel highly. Prices in Bar were thoughvery high and in the restaurants compared to city equivalents.

comments In overall, it is a great hotel with nice, spacious, clean rooms. The special package caused some trouble for the staff, sometimes staff in the concierge were not on top of things. Having said that, they did they best to solve every case and they were very helpful and friendly. I would definetaly recommend this hotel to anyone who expect great value for money in this beautiful city. Please note, that the wellness suite is not part of the hotel, but is situated in the attached shopping center. However, it is in a very short walking distance inside the building complex...

comments Hotel è pulito, curato e ben organizzato. La camera è spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Le aree pubbliche (tavolini, divani, drinks) sono ben disposte per meetings e relax. La cucina è molto buona e ben servita (la scelta dei vari piatti è ampia e diversificata). Il servizio è veloce e curato. Lo staff è disponibile ed esauriente per ogni genere di informazione. La disponibilità di auto/taxi è un vantaggio e di gande utilità.
