comments It was outstanding. The staff were excellent-very helpful and all requests were treated with appropriate attention. The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was exceptionally hot during our stay and the air conditioning was faultless. A great location with easy access to all features of the old town. Excellent value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone choosing to stay in Prague

comments Great location, close to the Castle and great views (especially from 5th Floor). Close enough to all of the lively venues, but also quiet for a good nights sleep. Hotel staff very friendly. Good service, attentive staff, and excellent breakfast. The hotel is intimate, well furnished, and clean. Highly recommended. The perfect hotel for Prague. We spent 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

comments The hotel was brilliantly situated and we had a fabulous view of Prague Castle from our room. The room (deluxe) exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and a big thank you for helping us make the most of our long weekend!

comments From the moment i emailed my enquiry to the hotel i was dealt with in a very friendly and very efficient manner. The booking system was faultless, the welcome superb. The room as good as the photo's displayed on the internet. we hadn't booked in advance the evening meal on the first night but as we drove to the airport at Bristol we emailed the hotel and within minutes the table was booked fo us. When ever we requested complimentary tea or coffee from reception within a couple minutes it arrived at our bedroom and was very much appreciated,. The room was spotless as was the bathroom and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The location brilliant. So close to the old town and the castle and to the start of the Prague half marathon, my reason for being there. would i stay at this hotel again...yes. I wouldn't even look at researching any other hotels now i've stayed at this one. Will i return? Most definitely!!!!!!!! Thank you to all the staff who made the stay very enjoyable

comments Staying at this exceptional boutique hotel was like living the fairytale that Prague provokes to its guests. We booked a superior room and the view from our window was fascinating!! I can recall the nights, when I was going to sleep and the last picture I got from my bed was the illuminated view of the Prague's castle. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the castle, the old town's square and the metro station, but in a very quite neighbourhood. I'll definitely suggest this hotel to my friends and I hope that soon I’ll have the chance to visit it again!!

comments Excellent high quality hotel, service and staff and exceptional value for money. My only comment is regarding the breakfast buffet. The layout of the buffet is cramped and causes congestion. There were not always enough tables, and guests had to wait until otheres had finished. But the choice and quality of food was very good.

comments Я со своей супругой и со взрослым (14 летним) сыном останавливались в гостинице с 04 по 08 ноября 2010 года. Очень удобное расположение, удобный номер, прекрасный вид из балкона, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Особенно впечатлены работой Дагмар (reception) - постоянная готовность помочь, подсказать, решать вопросы эффективно, быстро и содержательно. И, конечно же, впечатлены городом Прага. Наши наилучшие пожелания Администрации и персоналу гостиницы. С удовольствием будем рекомендовать друзьям останавливаться у Вас.

comments Petit Hôtel calme et tres bien situé pour la visite touristique de Prague. Accueil et service de tres bon niveau: Transfert, chambre, petit déjeuner. La chaine TV5 ne fonctionnait pas sur la télé des 3 chambres réservées ( problème signalé mais non résolu)

comments The Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Palace is a delightfult property within walking distance of all that I wanted to see in Prague, yet on a quiet street. It is close to Prague Castle and Lesser Town and maybe a 2 minute walk to Charles Bridge and a 10-15 walk to Old Town Square. My room was very comfortable, large by European standards, very clean and had a fantastic view of Prague Castle. The staff was most helpful, offering sightseeing suggestions, explaining how to use the tram, making reservations for restaurants, tours and concerts and calling taxis. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection. I will stay here again when I return to Prague.

comments Our stay at the hotel was made very enjoyable by the cleanliness, efficieny and attitude of all of the staff. The room had an outstanding view of the city - the Wallenstein Gardens and the Prague Castle - and it was very well placed for access to all of the major sights of the city centre. We would definitely book this hotel again.
