comments Lady receptionist was great. Very helpful. Breakfast staff were good as well. Could improve by having milk in the rooms and more tea. English stuff not the smelly flowery stuff please.

comments Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus sehr genossen. Ein schönes, ruhiges aber doch zentral gelegenes Hotel (wir haben alles zu Fuß erkundet). Zimmer war sauber und schön. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Was uns noch positiv aufgefallen ist, wir hatten das Angebot genutzt mit dem kostenlosen Kinderbett und es stand ein Gitterbett zur Verfügung. Wir sind eig. davon ausgegangen, dass uns nur ein Reisebett aufs Zimmer gestellt wird. Alles in Allem ein Super Hotel für eine Städtereise. Können wir so nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt

comments Friendly helpful staff. Location is outstanding, central to all needs...(i agree with most of reviews that i read previously that the single most aggravating thing is how bad the coffee is... for a 4 star hotel it is necessary to get a decent cup of coffee!) Everything else was superb. (& the aerial view from rm #708, not so hot--I think there must have been another room on that floor with a much less obstructed view...but i wasn't in Prague to spend too much time locked up in my room anyway--& it was nice & peaceful! I highly recommend this hotel. Even though I was travelling alone, I did notice that there were many families w/ small children and it is probably a good place for kids too...(and still the hotel was quiet and orderly, even with all of the many guests!

comments We booked your hotel after reading reviews on Trip Advisor, and we were very pleased with our choice. The location can't be beat. It is convenient to transit and walking distance to major sites. We arranged transfers from Florenc bus station, and they were perfect, even if our bus was late! The breakfast included anything you might want...eggs, breads, cereals, cheese, meat, yogurt. All staff were helpful and pleasant. We would definitely chose this hotel if we return to Prague.

comments Excellent stay at the Archibald City with 3 of my girl friends. The hotel was extremely clean, the breakfast was great and the male receptionist was very helpful to us as we were having problems with printing out our boarding passes. Would definately recommend and would stay again if we visited Prague.

comments Archibald is really a good place to stay at! The room looked exactly the same as on the photo of the homepage, the location is very close (within walking distance from everything basically), the staff at the reception and at breakfast as well was very friendly and kind, everything was nicely furnished and clean, the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Next time I'm in Prague, I'll definitely book at Archibald again and will also recommend it to anyone planning a holiday there. :)

comments We always enjoy our stay at the City Archibald hotel,however there was a Flea under the Pillow when we arrived in our room ,we did not report this,perhaps we should have? and the selfservice hot food was short on dishes sometimes at 9.30am.Also our safe refused to open a couple of times.but regardless we enjoyed ourselves visiting family.

comments хороший отель. настоящие чешские 4*. отличное месторасположение. до коня минуты 3. если собираетесь не в высокий сезон, то отличные цены. бронировал напрямую с сайта. с букинга получалось дороже. за неделю проживания было -25% скидка на номер (получилось 37евро за одноместный с 13го по 20е января). единственное, wi-fi ловит в разных номерах по разному, не поютюбить особо, но открыть на ноуте карту и составить маршрут дня скорости вайфая хватит. ну еще выдергивайте минибар чтобы ноутбук туда подключать - когда вытаскиваете карту розетка работает только одна.

comments Wir haben das Hotel über das Internet gefunden. Die Buchung war einfach, der Preis war auch in Ordnung. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Dieses Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet, das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad super. Alles hat einen ziemlich neuen und gepflegten Eindruck auf uns gemacht. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Ich war schon in vielen 4 Sterne Hotels und dieses gehörte zu den Besten die ich je besucht habe. Ich werde sicherlich wieder kommen und kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

comments We were dissappointed to the charge for tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room. Normally it is included elsewhere. We expected a charge of the mini bar. Otherwise everything else was really enjoyable, especially Prague itself.
