comments We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was excellent in the Avenue and the lounge. The entertainment was great, we're not country fans but the band really got us up dancing. The hot tub was amazing never been in one before. I would highly reccommend this hotel for couples and families alike.

comments i was very upset to find the toilet was dirty in the hotel room when we arrived, also are room was so far away from the lift, even though we requested a room beside the lift. everything else was good, and the bed was really big.

comments The breakfast Sunday was not good. We noticed milk and others were not replenished. Scrambled egg and toast obvoiusly put under hot plate resulting in burnt toast and dried egg. We couldn't help comparisons with Hilllgrove were the breakfast was oustanding. Room was cold on arrival and corridors cold too. Staff agreeable at front of desk but no warmth- welcome poor. We enjoyed our meal in the bar very much but noticed staff shortage. I have to say we enjoyed our stay at the Hillgrove much more, especially staff friendliness and service. The breakfast was far superior and the rooms more luxurious. Sorry

comments Happy with the accommodation and the food was excellent. The Lady at the desk was very efficient and while the first impression of the hotel decor wasn't great she certainly made up for it. No idea what her name was but she is an excellent receptionist. Your staff in the bar/restaurant were also very friendly but the service was a bit slow. In fairness it was a very busy night

comments We arrived late, hungry, but still had time for a great meal in the restaurant. Special offer on the wine (15 euro!). Cheered us up no end in an otherwise gloomy world. Fast internet, free. Very friendly and helpful staff. All for 65 euro for a single room. This was excellent value by any standards. Congratulations!

comments ON arrival rooms where not clean or ready after been given keys for two rooms. went back to reception to change rooms. Restaurant beside bar not great :image look; floor needs cleaning. menu had not much selection of foods for in the hotel.

comments The staff and service were excellent, however the room itself needed a little TLC. There were a couple of tiles missing from the bathroom wall and the phone didn't work in the room.

comments The hotel itself was gorgeous, never got to try the spa or leisure facilities though maybe next time, however i did think the price of beverages was very expensive although the food was reasonable priced and gorgeous

comments The room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. thwe only negative remark was my partner was given the wrong room number and another guest came into the room. The reception staff do not appear to have been trained in complaints as they thought shrugging their shoulders and giving the correct room number was sufficient to resolve the problem. I work in a service orientated industry and a smal gesture of apology would have been nice

comments it is an ideal 4 stars hotel but the only thing that was missing is the refrigerator because if you are staying on a hotel diffentely you are going to have your water and beverages.

comments our stay in the hotel was very nice the food in the bar/restaurant was excellent top marks the portions were very good to. the only drawback overall was the hotel could be a bit cold but this would not be a reason for a return visit which we hope to do in the near future.

comments Recently I stayed here as part of a wedding party. The food and staff were both excellent. The rooms are beautiful, we had a four poster bed in ours and that was standard. Would definitely stay again.

comments We really enjoyed our stay. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The service and food was excellent, and our room very comfortable. We used the leisure club facilities to the full, and this helped to occupy my nine year old. We will certainly come again and will recommend this hotel to our friends.
