The staff of this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent and plentiful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would have no heistation in returning to this hotel.

THE STAFF,INCLUDING THE CLEANING STAFF WERE VERY PLESANT, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY,THEY WERE VERY WELL GROOMED IN THEIR APPEARANCE. IE IRONED SHIRTS, SPOTLEES UNIFORMS,AND POLISHED SHOES. THE DINNING AREA WAS NICE (bright in morning for breakfast and cosy in the evening. the food was very good. thank you.)

We had a wonderful stay in the Westport Woods Hotel. the Staff were very attentative and plesant. even after entertainment let them down on friday night the went out of theie way to secure alternative even though there were a low clientel in the bar. Food was excelent and very good portions. There was a very friendly and homely athmosphere in the hotel. the liesure facilities were excelent clean and staff were helpful and friendly. We will defenitley return again.

Really enjoyable experience. The hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful right from the moment we set foot in the hotel. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was large and spotless. The food was of a very high quality. The breakfast was very varied and catered for all tastes. The gym was great. The pool was a bit crowded but this was due to the large number of children off for mid-term that week. Throughout the day it was possible to get a good swim uninterrupted but 5 - 7 were busy times. Overall I would rate the hotel highly and intend going back again soon for a weekend. Gemma

This Hotel was an excellent suprise,and I would recommend it to everyone,the bar food and restaurant were excellent,and the staff very Family friendly.The leisure centre is a great bonus,if we go back to Westport again this is where we will be staying.

Westport Woods is the ideal location for a family break. The facilities are second to none and the bar dinning room and reception would not be out of place in any 5 Star Hotel. What made our stay really special was the staff and how they interacted with both myself and my wife but especially my 2 year old daugther. The staff are friendly, courteous, willing to help and always have a smile and a nice hello. We ate dinner in the restaurant on the last night and were sorry we had not eaten there throughout as the food was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Westport Woods to anyone.

I enjoyed my stay at the Westport Woods Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.Directions to the hotel were poor. A street map in advertising literature would be helpful.

Beautiful location, food delicious, staff v.courteous & helpful. Disappointed jacuzzi didnt work. No shaampoo in rooms

Stayed in Standard Bedroom which was clean and adequate. Could do with some modernisation. Bathroom nicely updated.

I likde the hotel very much the staff were really friendly and helpful, There are only two things that i did not like and that was that there were holes in the towels the first night and our bedroom windoe was not sealed properly and there was a newspaper in it to stop the draft and the made noise as it was very windy at night.

the restaurant food was ok, it was obvious that the food was prepared earlier. The bar was good the fri night we were there, plenty around and live music!!
