comments The staff of this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent and plentiful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would have no heistation in returning to this hotel.

comments the restaurant food was ok, it was obvious that the food was prepared earlier. The bar was good the fri night we were there, plenty around and live music!!

comments We were very disappointed with the quality of the food. Breakfast juices were poor quality and dinner was just average with vegetables not fresh ( potatoes had a crust on top from being kept hot)

comments Although clean, the decor of the rooms and hallyways are seriously outdated and drab. The hotel rooms were cold, noisy and the lighting in the rooms harsh (florescent bulbs everywhere, no soft lighting at all). We couldn't sleep. The food however was delicious and the staff very courteous. Reception and dining room were nicely decorated. The spa was nice and I'd recommend it.

comments THE STAFF,INCLUDING THE CLEANING STAFF WERE VERY PLESANT, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY,THEY WERE VERY WELL GROOMED IN THEIR APPEARANCE. IE IRONED SHIRTS, SPOTLEES UNIFORMS,AND POLISHED SHOES. THE DINNING AREA WAS NICE (bright in morning for breakfast and cosy in the evening. the food was very good. thank you.)

comments Good Hotel and Facilities, however there were residents (Hen Night) that were very noisy at 3pm Saturday morning and 5pm Sunday, that spoiled what was a very enjoyable weekend

comments Staff friendly. Bar area very nice and entertainment (music) of high standard. Leisure area super. Bedrooms need updating - clean but basic. Breakfast (self-service) layout could be improved so that queues don't form. However, overall enjoyed my stay and good value for money

comments I likde the hotel very much the staff were really friendly and helpful, There are only two things that i did not like and that was that there were holes in the towels the first night and our bedroom windoe was not sealed properly and there was a newspaper in it to stop the draft and the made noise as it was very windy at night.

comments We had a wonderful stay in the Westport Woods Hotel. the Staff were very attentative and plesant. even after entertainment let them down on friday night the went out of theie way to secure alternative even though there were a low clientel in the bar. Food was excelent and very good portions. There was a very friendly and homely athmosphere in the hotel. the liesure facilities were excelent clean and staff were helpful and friendly. We will defenitley return again.

comments Really enjoyable experience. The hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful right from the moment we set foot in the hotel. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was large and spotless. The food was of a very high quality. The breakfast was very varied and catered for all tastes. The gym was great. The pool was a bit crowded but this was due to the large number of children off for mid-term that week. Throughout the day it was possible to get a good swim uninterrupted but 5 - 7 were busy times. Overall I would rate the hotel highly and intend going back again soon for a weekend. Gemma

comments This Hotel was an excellent suprise,and I would recommend it to everyone,the bar food and restaurant were excellent,and the staff very Family friendly.The leisure centre is a great bonus,if we go back to Westport again this is where we will be staying.
