comments We were only there for a short time the room was great the decor was Fantastic, The only part I was dissapointed in was the spa, we booked especially to enjoy a selection of massages but we were told it was all fully booked for the 2 days that we were there, and were told there was nothing at all available, i went back after walking off and asked if the thermal circuit was available they said yes, they should have told us that in the first place, we used the thermal circuit twice and noticed that all the massage rooms were empty and not being used at all, we were there for quite a long time. I took my mother for there a Relaxing break We only live 25 minutes away from the Hotel, and would have stayed again if the facilities that we had gone there to use were available.
