Adoramos o Splendom. Parecia nossa casa! Muito bem localizado, próximo a Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Cibeles, Parque del Buen Retiro e de duas estações de metrô. A equipe do hotel também é muito simpática e atenciosa.

La experiencia fantástica. El hotel maravilloso. Cogimos una suite con 2 habitaciones y la verdad es que muy bien. La cocina completísima. No le falta de nada. La ubicación maravillosa, a 50 metros de la Cibeles. Por poner una pega, el desayuno buffet, realmente no vale lo que se paga, la lecha fría y muy poca variedad en el servicio. El personal muy atento y muy amable.

Soy muy exigente a la hora de elegir hotel, por esa razón dedico mucho tiempo a esta cuestión y analizo muchas opciones. Este es el tipo de hotel que me gustaría encontrar siempre, creo que con esto lo digo todo.

Splendom Suities in Madrid was first class all the way. My family and I stayed in an apartment there for 4 nights. We found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was equipped with all new appliances and included 3 flat screen TV's. The location was in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance of the Prado, parks, and most of the major attactions. We would definitely recommend Splendon Suites to anyone visiting Madrid.

Fabuloso. Bien ubicado, en el centro pero sin ruidos. Las suites son muy, pero que muy, espaciosas y todo está extremadamente limpio. La atención recibida por el personal es inmejorable. Relación calidad-precio excelente. Volveré.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente. El servicio busca la comodidad de los huéspedes en todo momento. Las habitaciones son grandes, nuevas, y cuidan hasta el mínimo detalle para que te sientas a gusto. Que se hiciera la habitación dos veces, que dejaran la previsión meteorológica y algún pastel para la mañana nos pareció propio de un hotel de lujo. Además el colchón y la insonorización hicieron que el descanso fuera perfecto. Es un hotel para recomendar y al que sin duda volveremos. Gracias por todo.

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff on reception were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect, and having the 2 separate bathrooms and sleeping areas, loads of T.V stations for all nationalities was more than we could have asked for. If we return to Madrid, we will definitely be back. An apartment that was like staying in a 5 star hotel.

Realmente increíble, en pleno centro de Madrid, en la mejor zona y muy bien comunicado con parada de metro a 5 minutos caminando. Las habitaciones muy bien decoradas y sobre todo la amabilidad de su personal. Altamente recomendable.

Es un hotel ideal para viajar con niños: la amplitud del apartamento, la posibilidades que te ofrece la cocina y los detalles tanto para los adultos como para los niños están muy cuidados. Además, la ubicación te permite moverte a pie a cualquier lado. Muy recomendable

It was a very pleasent stay. The location is great. I would´ve like to have a microvawe to be able to heat some food and maybe a dishwasher instead of a washing machine. Otherwise was perfect.

Estuvimos en un apartamento de cinco personas 2 días y todo fué maravilloso. No tenemos ninguna queja.El sitio estupendo, el personal muy amable y está localizado en un lugar tan céntrico que no necesitamos el coche en ningún momento.

Tres bon hebergement, spacieux et tres propre. Un vrai appartement (tres bien équipé) avec le service hotelier. Emplacement superbe pres du Retiro, duvieux Madrid et des rues commercantes. Seul bémol, le prix qui peut varier du simple au quadruple, c'est parfois un tres tres bon rapport qualité prix. Parking à proximité mais très cher.
Je le recommande vivement (100m2, 2 chambres, 2 SDB pour 100€)

Шикарное место! Очень жаль,что остановились только на одну ночь. 3 взрослых и ребенок 7 лет. Наш 2х комнатный сьют был на 5 этаже с фантастическими видами! Персонал помогал во всем, очень приветливый и приятный! Номер, это что то! Обстановка в номере выше всех похвал. 3 телевизора, в комнатах и в зале, декорация номера необыкновенная. Рекомендуем всем,кто хочет остановиться в центре Мадрида на несколько дней.

Excellent! This is a stylish accomodation in a perfect location -it's small and intimate, with numerous thoughtful amenties. The staff is superb, all were helpful, gracious, kind, and extremely responsive. Conciege assistance offfered with a smile. Check-in and out easy & efficient. Splendhom beautifully achieves the fine balance between a four star hotel and apartment functionality.

I have stayed at the Splendom suites on 2 occasions now, the first for 3 days, the second for 2 days. The apartments are very well appointed and the situation is excellent in Central Madrid. In particular, I found the staff to be extremely helpful with good local knowledge and they were very friendly. On my first stay I took my family with me and they even brought some toys up to the apartment for my 2 young children. The furnishings and decor are to a high standard and the apartment was very spacious and well equipped. There was some building work ongoing to complete the rest of the apartments and one day the elevator was out of use but they warned us of this in advance and the work didn't affect us anyway. I travel to Madrid often on business and I will certainly book the Splendom Suites again in future.

Estuvimos dos noches en un apartamento para 4 adultos, con cocina-salón-comedor, dos habitaciones y un baño. El hotel acababa de abrir y aun estaba en obras, aunque a nosotras no nos molestó el ruido ya que no había obreros al ser fin de semana. Las habitaciones nuevas que constaban de dos camas de 1.10 m unidas, pantalla plana y decoradas en tonos negros y blancos, eran muy acogedoras. Destacar el detalle diario por parte del hotel de dejar en la almohada una minicholatina Lindt y una toallita limpiadora de L'Occitane.El salón- comedor tambien decorado en los mismos tonos, con sofa muy cómodo, pantalla plana, dvd y mesa de comedor bastante amplia. Unido a una pequeña cocina pero con todo lo necsario:horno, microondas, tostadora, cafetera tipo Nespresso, vitrocerámica, nevera con congelador, vajilla variada y todo tipo de utensilios necesarios para cocinar. El baño correcto aunque sin lujos, con amenities de Molton Brown.Perfecta atención por parte del personal de los apartamentos, que estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Solo comentar que el snack bar está situado a la entrada del hotel, y no es muy cómodo la verdad. En general, como he comentado, una perfecta aunque corta estancia. Sin duda repetiremos.

Los apartamentos están situados en un lugar inmejorable de Madrid, muy cerca de la puerta del Sol y de la Gran Vía, del Parque del Retiro, de la zona museística y de la estación de Atocha.
Las instalaciones son magníficas, los apartamentos son amplios y bien equipados y el trato de los empleados excelente.
El único reproche es no disponer de parking para los clientes, si bien tienen uno concertado, a unos minutos andando, me pareció excesivamente caro.
