Hotel was clean and quiet, staff was friendly and less than 10 minute walk from Pueto de Toledo metro stop. Very satisfied.

It was our first trip to Madrid. Very pleased with the location of the hotel. Ideal for a weekend away. Our room was clean, the staff very helpful. Would have liked coffee-making facilities in the room.

Very comfortable and quite room. Very clean and modern bathroom. Friendly staff. Affordable cafeteria. Well placed very close to La Latina ?movida? and waking distance to main town attractions.. A bit far away from Metro stations but meters away of a Madrid Vision buses stop and one of the most beautiful church in Madrid (San Francisco)

This hotel was the most wonderful we encountered while in Europe. They offered apples, nice towels, and candies on the pillow. VERY satisfied.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke enough English to make up for my micro Spanish. Good quiet room with balcony. Nice area. The only downside was the bedside light didn't work.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, great location, great value, beautiful rooms, very secure premises, staff were really really friendly and very helpful. Any questions we had were answered and sorted out with no problems whatsoever, I would highly recommend this hotel, there is nothing negative to say about it, I wish I could have stayed longer!!!

I was really impressed with this hotel. I had a lovely, quiet room overlooking a beautiful church. The staff were very helpful and the little cafe downstairs was perfect. My expectations were more than met. I will stay there when I go to Madrid next time.

I was entirely satisfied with my stay at the Hoel Reyes Catolico. The hotel was very well located and after a full day of travel I was well received by the staff who was sensitive to meet all my needs. My room was clean and comfortable and the bar\restaurant was most convenient. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation

Modest but pleasant hotel. Attached restaurant is ordinary. When I fell ill with food poisoning (not from this restaurant!) the hotel reception was very helpful in assisting to find a pharmacy at odd hours.

It was a very nice hotel with a fantastic view of Madrid. the staff was very helpful and friendly. I got a last minute room in Madrid and didn't have to pay an arm and leg for it.

Staff plesant and helpfull and always went out of their way to give us what we required near metro stn - room cleanand fresh laundry every day room a bit small for 3 beds but nice warm not sound proof rooms could hear traffic noise and people next door

Room size was very good. Bathrooms were enormous. Very clean. Staff was very pleasant. On site cafe food and service were very good. Hotel itself is a bit hard to find, but location overall is great. Value for the money is excellent.
