comments Siempre que voy a Madrid reservo habitación en este hotel.Es un hotel muy céntrico,a 1 minuto de la Puerta del Sol,con sus instalaciones absolutamente renovadas y un personal muy atento.Además cuenta con un desayuno muy completo.Esta vez iba con toda mi familia y reservamos una habitación familiar,para cuatro personas,y fue estupendo.Sin duda,por el buen servicio,por la relación calidad-precio,por sus instalaciones y por las comodidades que ofrece,seguirá siendo mi hotel de referencia cada vez que visite Madrid.

comments Viajé a Madrid con un grupo de teatro formado por de 8 chicos y chicas de 12-16 años. La experiencia fue buenísima, el servicio del hotel, la amabilidad del personal, las habitaciones, el desayuno... no dejaron nada que desear. Las habitaciones son muy tranquilas y silenciosas a pesar de que está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Si vuelvo a Madrid, sin duda alguna me alojaré en este hotel.

comments Emplazado en un lugar idóneo, en pleno centro cercano a todo lo que se prevee ver en Madrid. Buena atención en recepción. Limpio y espacioso. Buen desayuno. Sólo añadir, y no es culpa del Hotel, que el ruido nocturno en la calle Victoria es excesivo.

comments la estancia en el hotel ha sido muy agradable,entramos mucho antes de la hora que habíamos pedido.La habitación estaba muy limpia y confortable, el desayuno es bastante completo.Pero deberían ampliar el salón para que no haya tanto tránsito de gente de uno a otro.La situación del hotel en pleno centro te permite visitar muchos sitios andando y el metro está a dos pasos.Volveremos a hospedarnos en él cuando vaya a Madrid de nuevo.

comments Ha sido una grata sorpresa encontrar un edificio muy bien restaurado, con unas habitaciones amplias, cómodas y bien acondicionadas; una limpieza exquisita. La relación calidad-precio ha sido estupenda. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar para una estancia agradable. Sólo le hubiera faltado un Parking, dada la ubicación del Hotel eso es imposible,pero tiene dos públicos muy cerquita. En resumen: muy recomendable. Un saludo.

comments Tanto las instalaciones como el servicio son correctos , pero creo que los artículos de aseo personal que se colocan en los cuartos de baño de los hoteles son escasos. No se dispone de gorros de ducha ni de esponja para zapatos (ni en la habitación, ni en la recepción). Lo mejor, la situación del hotel.

comments Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen - man kommt fast ohne Metro aus. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Frühstück war o.k. Die Chipkarte mussten wir 2-3 Mal aufladen um die Türe zu öffnen (etwas umständlich), würde wieder dort buchen.

comments Large, pleasant room on the top floor - limited view but quiet, clean and warm. Excellent location, couple of minutes from Puerta del Sol and the Metro. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Friendly and efficient staff. Good choice at buffet-style continental breakfast. Would recommend as a convenient place to stay for centrral Madrid.

comments Eu não gostei do atendimento da reepção. As atendentes da recepção do hotel são extremamente grosseiras e parece que estão realizando um favor. Notei até um certo xenofobismo por ser brasileiro, uma vez que os clientes de outras nacionalidades eram tratados de melhor maneira.

comments Muy bien localizado unos pocos metros de Puerta del Sol. Todos los empleados sumamente atentos y hacen que uno se sienta mejor que en su casa. Muy limpio y confortable. comments Haber tenido otro tipo de suelo se hubiera producido menos ruído en los corredores. Es el único comentario negativo que queremos hacer porque nos gustó mucho su hotel que sobre todo era muy límpio y simpático. nos gustó la habitación ámplia y el cuarto de baño. comments Eu fiquei bastante satisfeita com este Hotel. A sua localização é excelente, só por isto, dava uma votação máxima "5". É um hotel acolhedor, o quarto superior que me foi atribuído estava de acordo com a minha reserva de promoção e era bonito, amplo e muito limpinho. O pequeno-almoço foi bom, poderia ser um pouco melhor mas acho que está ao nível de um Hotel de 3 estrelas. Tive uma noite que jantei no Restaurante do Hotel, achei bom e verifiquei que também era frequentado por bastantes pessoas que não estavam hospedadas no Hotel. Quanto aos funcionários deste Hotel, de um modo geral são simpáticos tive um atendimento no restaurante, bar e pequeno-almoço muito bom e relativamente às recepcionistas não me posso queixar, foram simpáticas, mas sem querer ofender senti que faltou mimar mais o cliente, fui atendida bem mas faltou aquela atenção extra, apenas correspondiam aquilo que era pedido e não tomavam uma iniciativa de oferecer sugestões para uma boa estadia em Madrid. Para finalizar e comprovar a minha satisfação, informo que voltaria a ficar neste Hotel e recomendo-o a todos garantindo que quem procura um Hotel bom, preço razoável, excelente localização, etc. … O Hotel Vitória 4 é o melhor! comments We stayed at the Hotel Victoria in the second week of September 2010. We found it to be very comfortable, modern, perfectly situated - a great place to stay while enjoying Madrid! The staff was very professional, helpful and courteous. The breakfasts was bountiful and the cafe setting very pleasant. The price is reasonable. There are nice restaurants, bars and many cultural sites only a few minutes walk from the hotel. We would gladly stay again at the Victoria! Fritz (from Toronto, Canada)

comments Gostamos muito do hotel. A localização é excelente quando se quer visitar a região histórica de Madri, bem como as avenidas lindas de Gran Via. As instalações são muito boas. Também, gostaria de deixar minha consideração particular para o pessoal que realiza a limpeza do quarto, pois no dia 05/09 deixamos o cofre do quarto aberto com nossos documentos e dinheiro e nada foi tomado. comments Las instalaciones son modernas, recien remodeladas, no se escucha ruido y tienen una excelente limpieza. La ubicacion es perfecta a pocos paso del Sol y de la mayoria de los centros de interes turisticos. La atencion es buena, el desayuno es tipo buffet, es fresco y abundante, pero a diario no varian mucho. El unico comentario negativo es que nos dieron una habitacion con camas separadas, al parecer hay poca disponibilidad de camas dobles.

comments Hay 2 razones por las que no califico el hotel con la mejor nota, la primera es que a pear de haber hecho la reserva con anticipación, solicitando una pieza matrimonial, no se respetó esto y me dieron 2 camas. Lo segundo es que la ducha de la pieza funcionaba mal.

comments The location was quiet and check-in was quick. The room was clean, but quite small. The bathroom and plumbing was very good. The bed was not very comfortable. The location was excellent and the price reasonable with a nice continental breakfast included. We would probably stay here again if we visit Madrid.

comments Viajamos con 2 niños de 6 y 10 años, y reservamos habitación en este Hotel, la primera sorpresa agradable es ver como la habitación era bastante grande y disponía de 4 camas individuales, algo no muy común. La habitación estaba super limpia, un baño muy amplio y con bañera, secador de pelo, y todo tipo de detalles. Disponíamos de nevera (con cargo), TV, aire acondicionado, y teléfono, además de caja fuerte (sin cargo) algo esto último que valoramos mucho. Las instalaciones del hotel se nota que se han reformado y está muy modernizado. El desayuno aceptable, y valga como anécdota que al saber que uno de los ocupantes era celiaco nos consiguieron pan sin gluten. Buena información en la recepción, rápido check-in. Por poner algún pero, pues que el establecimiento no cuenta con parquin própio, pero tienen un concierto con el parquin de Santa Ana, apenas a 100 m. que sale muy bien de precio. Pero sin duda lo mejor de lo mejor su inigualable situación, apenas 2 minutos de la habitación hasta la misma Puerta del Sol, eso si que no tiene precio. Desde luego que volvemos a Madrid el Victoria 4 será nuestro Hotel , no tenemos ninguna duda

comments Was a brilliant hotel, the people at reception all spoke excellent English and were more than happy to help, the breakfast was more than satisfactory, the room was recently refurbished and looked lovely, double glazing windows meant you could shut out the sound from the busy streets below, and air conditioning meant you could shut out the heat. Excellent location literally in the centre of Madrid. We got an excellent rate for the room also with a buy 2 nights get 3rd free deal which was the cherry on top of a brilliant stay, thank you!

comments The Hotel does not have air conditioning in the lobby or guest rooms. My guests actually had to leave the hotel and book into another one down the street that had a/c. I am a travel agent and would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the summer months.

comments Excellent accommodations. Great rate via an internet special. My niece nearly cried with joy when we walked into our room ... music, individual controls on the air conditioning, a remote for the LCD tv screen, a large bathroom with counter space. The location just off the Puerto del Sol was perfect. Even with the neighboring bars, we weren't disturbed by noise (during the world cup). Nice breakfast. The desk staff was always pleasant. The room was cleaned thoroughly each day. Would highly recommend your hotel.

comments La localizacion del hotel es un "10", las habitaciones exteriores tienen mucho ruido, en la recepcion habia prensa no disponible ya que pertenecia a los locales colindantes ?!!? el primer dia el recepcionista nos la presto y el segundo dia otro recepcionista dijo tajantemente que no era posible ?!? ni prestarla ?!?!?, el servicio correcto, insalaciones en buen estado, el desayuno let´s say standard hubiera preferido tener la opcion de la habitacion sin desayuno estando en un lugar tan centrico ya que la cafetera estaba estropeada y el cafe lo servian es jarra (soy un coffee fanatic) y solo tomo cafe recien hecho. Le pregunte al camarero y no teniamos opcion solo cafe de la jarra a pesar de tener la cafetera del bar justo al lado. Pequeños detalles hacen que una estancia sea magica (la prensa disponible + posibilidad de cafe recien hecho aunque me lo hubieran cobrado a parte) el ruido en las habitaciones lo considero secundario. Espero mis comentarios sean utiles.

comments Wir waren für dem zweiten mal im hotel Victoria4. Die zimmer sind sehr gut und sauber. Nur eine aufmerkung: für ältere leute ist es schwer um in die badewanne zu kommen um zu duschen. Gibt es eine separate dusche??? Dem frühstuck braucht keine kommentar (ist gut und genug zu bekommen). Leider ist die raum ein bisschen klein und darum wird es da viel zu warm. Besse ist es um das frühstuck zu nutzen im den grossere raum wo auch die bar ist. Das hotel und preiss und service ist ganz gut und ist an zu befehlen. Wir (oder meine kinder) kommen so wie so mal zurück in Hotel Victoria4.

comments Hotel muito bem localizado, gostei bastante. Acredito apenas que o café da manhã pode ser melhorado um pouco. O hotel também pode ter um cardápio conjunto com o restaurante ao lado, de modo que os hospedes possam ter um preço diferenciado. Com relação as acomodações, são mto boas, e bastante novas, já que o hotel foi reformado a pouco tempo. No geral fiquei satisfeito com a minha escolha.

comments La situacion en un punto inmejorable. La atención del personal atenta y dispuesta a solucionar cualquier duda. Las habitaciones con un confort aceptable y limpias. A mejorar. La situacion del buffet para el desayuno, lugar reducido e incomodo. A los clientes que de alguna manera les visitamos con una cierta asiduidad, facilitar los tramites en las resrvas a traves de un codigo o referenciadonde se puedan fijar las condiciones de la estancia. La tencion en recepcion estupenda y nos permitieron dejar el coche en el parking hasta las 4 de la tarde, despues de abandonar habitacion por la mañana. Las 2 únicas pegas: en el pasillo de las habitaciones olía a comida, y por la noche llegaba ruído de "marcha" de la calle. Si se pudiera evitar eso, sería perfecto. A pesar de ello, seguro que repetiré.

comments In the first room we went to the toilet leaked. We moved but the smell of food in the second room was sickening and the shower didn't work properly. When we asked to move again the receptionist wasn't too happy. Our final final room was nice. Breakfast was terrible and in a horrible room. Also, my credit card was charged without my knowledge and I was not offered a receipt for our stay. Victoria 4 do not care about their customers. Thats for sure! Will never stay here again.

comments Our room was beside a lift and as there were wooden floors in the corridors as well as in the rooms it was very noisy. The room was also very dark and you needed to have the light on even during the day. We were only there for 1 night so this was not a problem. I would return to this hotel again but I would look for a better appointed room. The location of the hotel was fantastic - right in the centre of the city

comments Mi estancia fue muy agradable, el hotel está muy bien situado, en mi caso concreto a 500m del lugar donde tenía que celebrar una reunión de trabajo, en todo caso con una estación de metro prácticamente al lado,la habitación cómoda e impecable,así como el cuarto de baño, el personal muy atento y servicial, a pesar de ser céntrico la calle sin ruidos, el desayuno correctísimo ,para mi constituyó una estupenda opción que repetiré siempre que necesite pernoctar en Madrid.

comments Das Hotel Vicroria wurde uns empfohlen und entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage ist für Stadtbesichtigungen ausgezeichnet, das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück in Ordnung. Dass in der Nacht bei geöffnetem Fenster aus den engen Gassen der Lärm herauftönt, darauf muss und kann man sich einstellen. Es ist eben Spanien. Isgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

comments CONDIÇÕES SATISFATÓRIAS, COMPATÍVEIS COM O PREÇO DA DIÁRIA. Excelente localização em termos de acesso aos meios de transporte, cafés e restaurantes, bem como pontos turísticos da cidade antiga. Os apartamentos são limpos e bem conservados. A rua é estreita, com aparência típica do quarteirão, tendo como característica um pouco desagradável as atitudes do público feminino que freqüenta uma casa noturna em frente ao hotel. Consideramos como pontos negativos a ressaltar: 1) o atendimento prestado por algumas recepcionistas; 2) a inexistência de pessoal para auxiliar no transporte das malas; 3) a organização do serviço do café da manhã, que, embora sendo servido em um restaurante confortável, os hóspedes do hotel são obrigados a utilizar uma pequena sala lateral.

comments Es un hotel muy centrico, por eso se puede descubrir gran parte del centro de Madrid a pie. Lo que hay que considerar es que Madrid es una ciudad con mucho ruido, y a pesar de las ventanas modernas se puede oir un poco del ruido de la calle. Los empleados estban muy atentos, la habitacion estaba muy limpia. Lo peor de la estancia en este hotel era el desayuno: el café mal, la seleccion de comida limitada (en un hotel de tres estrellas espero mas) y todo un poco caotico por falta de espacio. A pesar de esto puedo recomendar el hotel.

comments We spent 4 nights here and found the rooms [superior] to be very spacious and comfortable. The service is very good and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The only disadvantage was the amount of noise from the late night revellers - but this could be shut out by using the a/c. The main advantage was that due to the location being in the heart of the historic area of the city, just about everywhere was within walking distance. We would certainly stay there again.

comments The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of Madrid. The staff were extremely helpful, not only to me but everyone they assisted. The room was well equipped and of a good size. I tried the bar in the evening and have to say it was really nice. The Breakfast was good but a bit hectic at 9.30, so one needs to be mindful of this and try and get there a bit earlier. As the hotel is close to Sol, be aware of the noise factor, Madrid is a busy city and if possible ltry to get a room away from the main street as Madrid 'never sleeps'

comments We would recomend this hotel to everyone. From the staff in Reception to the Cleaners they were helful and polite. The Hotel was kept extremely clean and the rooms and bathrooms wre very up to date and modern, we can find nothing wrong at all and have recomended both the Hotel and the City to some of our friends as we found Madrid a wonderful city and well woth a visit.We found that being able to get into our room early was a great benifit. The Hotel was a reasonable price for a City Hotel.

comments This is a lovely hotel, and we would definitely stay here again. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, the location is central and we found the staff helpful and obliging. There was a bit of noise from surrounding bars at night, but it didn't really disturb us much.

comments It was very clean and also reasonably quiet for central Madrid. Everything worked and our room was cleaned to perfection. Our only disappointment was that we really wanted a double bed and this was not available. I was not aware that i had booked a twin. Unfortunately the hotel could not offer us a double until the second night and we did not want to move rooms during such a short stay.

comments Staff were very helpful at all times. The rooms were very clean with all the necessary facilities. Well located for porto del sol PLAZA DE MAYOR gran via etc. The only improvements could be the breakfast could include a better selection of fresh fruit and eggs. Overall for the price above expectations. I normally stay in a five star hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

comments The hotel is in a great location, and the standard of the room was excellent, very superior to what you would expect from a three star hotel. Also, there is a restaurant attached to the hotel that offered great food at reasonable prices...I would definitely recommend it.

comments Excellent location from which to visit the principal sites with Sol Metro only 3 minutes walk. Room was clean and of adequate size with a sunny aspect; breakfast basic but sufficient; staff polite and helpful, overall very good value. Good open air restaurant adjacent to hotel.
