A comfortable hotel with very helpful staff, and close to the Metro for an easy trip into the city. Nothing fancy, but excellent for the price. No room service, but they serve breakfast (for 12 Euro) and restaurants are close by.

A really clean room. The bathroom and amenities were of very high quality. Close to transit (<5 min walk) and very good value.

Good, clean room. Expensive brekfast. Little knowledge among reception staff about local busses etc. to Exhibition center (IFEMA) (even of their own shuttle there) and airport. Pool closed. We were allowed late checkout at no extra cost.

We know that it is a smoker room, but it was really strong the odor of the cigarettes; also, the left side window is broken.
