An excellent venue for travellers using Madrid airport. Only about 10 minutes via the shuttle bus which is provided. Well appointed rooms, great lounge and restaurant .Friendly cooperative staff. Just the tonic for a weary traveller who is laeving early or coming in late. I would certainly use the hotel on my next visit.

Amazing! Loved the family room-there were small presents on the kids' beds-notebook and decorative pencils. Clean, clean, clean, excellent service. Just wish the kitchen served food more often. They are closed from 11-1:30, and there is not much around for snacking.

The hotel was very clean with good sized rooms and full bath and shower facilities. Breakfast buffet for 10 Euro was decent, and convenient for early travel to the airport. Internet in the lobby for 3 Euro per 30 minutes. Street parking can be a bit of a challenge but we founds a spot both times. Travel to the city centre from this airport hotel is possible by metro and takes about 45 minutes with two transfers. If I needed a Madrid airport hotel, I'd definitely stay here again.

While our stay was less than 24 hours, we found this hotel to be very clean, and the front desk personnel very nice. We especially appreciated the free 24 hour airport transportation. Also, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We recommend this hotel; it was very nice.

very satisfied. Very nice staff and hotel was very nice and clean. Located about 15 minute walk from Metro. Free shuttle to and from airport which is very close to hotel. Must call for pick-up.

Aer Lingus changed our flight time, we arrived seven hours early. Hotel sent the shuttlebus after a phone call from us. Our room was made ready promptly such that we were able to refresh ourselves before visiting the city. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful, spoke English well
