comments El horel Tirol esta muy bien ubicado y tiene acceso facil en metro y caminando a diferentes lugares turisticos de interes, sin embargo, la atencion no me parecio muy bueno y la carencia de internet tambien debe ser un punto a tener en cuenta.

comments Desde mi punto de vista, lo único que le falta al hotel Tirol para cubrir mis necesidades a la perfección es: 1) una cafetería, 2) conexión Internet WI-FI de alta velocidad en las habitaciones, porque hoy en día este servicio es tan necesario como el teléfono o más.

Estimada Srta. Gimenez, Ante todo agradecerle el tiempo que se ha tomado en escribir sus impresiones sobre el hotel y proponer mejoras en el mismo. Me gustaría comentarle que acabamos de terminar una nueva instalación de WIFI de alta velocidad en todas las instalaciones del hotel (incluyendo habitaciones), en sustitución de la anterior que nos estaba dando alguna incidencia. Durante este verano, si bien nos ha sido imposible montar una cafetería, hemos creado una Terraza Chill out para todos nuestros clientes que permanecerá abierta hasta el próximo 30 de septiembre o hasta que la meteorologia nos lo permita. comments hemos ido con los niños y hemos ocupado la kids room, y hemos estado cómodos y bién atendidos. el único problema ha sido que las cortinas no aislan lo suficiente y entraba mucha luz solar a primera hora de la mañana. el personal muy atento y amable, y la ubicación del hotel para nosotros es ideal.

comments Estuvo todo muy bien, limpio, cuidado y con bonita decoración, sólo hubo un pequeño detalle, no había gel en el dispensador dentro de la ducha, pero usé el gel pequeño del cestito, al ser una sola noche. Y las mamparas de la ducha no cerraban completamente, por lo demás muy bien y si tengo necesidad de volver a madrid no dudaré en volver. Muchas gracias.

comments El hotel está bien, y el servicio es bueno. Nos aseguraron la reserva y como no tenían habitaciones de nuestra categoría nos alojaron en una categoría superior sin sobrecoste. La habitación en la que estuve (último piso) estaba muy bien, pero se oía demasiado el ruido de nos tubos (aire acondicionado?) lo que no dejaba dormir bien.

comments Estuvimos en este hotel en el puente de la Consitución y quedamos francamente satisfechos, el hecho es que hemos repetido pues se encuentra muy bien situado y además es muy confortable.

comments En general fue una estancia muy agradable, trato atento, buen buffet de desayuno... Sólo un comentario, si las toallas no las dejamos en el suelo, no creo necesario cambiarlas a diario.

comments This hotel was brilliant, we booked a Superior room and it was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were very big and the single beds were a tad bigger than usual. Very quiet with an ice machine right outside the door. Its literally across the road from Zara for all the women who like shopping. People in general in madrid dont speak english so brush up on your Spanish...

comments Some building work was going on during our stay. There was a large amount of noise the day we arrived. Other than that, excellent. Rooms lovely and clean every day, with fresh towels. Friendly at reception.

comments El hotel estaba impecable, todo superlimpio,la habitación muy iluminada y luminosa..., y el baño impecable. El personal muy atento, creo que no se puede pedir más. Además al lado de metro de Arguelles. Creo que repetiremos.

comments El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca a todo, al frente tiene el Corte Inglés y Zara, en la esquina la parada del metro, en las cercanías encuentras de todo, y puedes llegar a pie por el paseo Rosales al Palacio Real y a la Catedral de La Almudena pasando por el Palacio Egipcio Lobob;encontré un locutorio a la espalda del hotel y pude hablar a mi pais a precios muy baratos. El desayuno buffet muy bueno frutas frescas, jugos, bollería de todo . pero te recomiendo que lo reserves por internet pues si no te cobran el doble.
