comments Staff very good,polite and helpful but drinks very expensive - 20 euros for a vodka and 25 euros for breakfast.

comments The staff in the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful as my Spanish is very limited. They made checking in, the stay and check out a very easy and straight forward event. I would certainly choose this hotel for my future stays in the city.

comments Muy bien. Aunque el Hotel da a la Av. de América el acceso es por las calles laterales y está un poco dificil. Todo lo demás muy bien.

comments no hai un servicio muy personalizado, la hospitalidad es un poco fria. No es lo que se espera de un hotel 5 estrella. Las habitaciones ok, interessante el estudio de design. La reception es atenta.
