	El hotel es muy confortable, estaba todo muy limpio y tranquilo. La atención por parte del personal taambién estuvo muy bien, fuimos atendidos con amabilidad. Por el precio y por su ubicación, a solo 1 minuto de la Gran Vía, ¡repetiremos seguro!

	For the rates you charge the service and cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations. El hotel realmente me parecio muy bueno, el servicio lo marco como excelente, con un personal muy dispuesto a cualquier consulta y siempre atento. La habitacion estaba impecable, realmente nos sentimos comodos. La ubicacion del hotel es genial, estando en el medio del centro comercial, con transportes a cualquier punto de la ciudad y de facil acceso, pero sin estar en medio del bullicio. El unico punto negativo a comentar fue que la reserva de la habitacion la habiamos hecho hacia dos meses y reservamos especialmente una habitacion con cama matrimonial, la cual a unos tres dias de la fecha nos dijeron que no estaba asegurado que la consiguieran, esto nos parecio ridiculo ya que no fue una reserva hecha a ultimo momento sino, un tiempo muy prudencial como para darnos ese detalle, que parece que no, pero para una pareja (que habia estado separada por un tiempo por trabajo) es fundamental, nos explicaron que no podian asegurarnos que nos tocase una habitacion con cama doble hasta la fecha pero creo que con un poco de voluntad no es un mayor problema que pudiera, de otra manera, solucionar la gerencia del hotel, este es mi punto a tener en cuenta para otras parejas que pudieran hospedarse en un futuro. De todas maneras, por suerte a la fecha de la reserva nos toco una habitacion con cama matrimonial.

	La estancia fue muy cortita,solo una noche pero el personal de recepccion en todo momento fue muy servicial y profesional,la habitacion estaba todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado y la ubicacion del hotel era perfecta para la visita relampago a Madrid, sinceramente la proxima visita no dudaria en volver a reservar el mismo hotel. 	All staff working in the hotel were very pleasant, friendly and helpful!!! The downside was when a wifi broke, it took 5 days to get it sorted properly. Otherwise very clean hotel with excellent location!!!!

	Somos clientes desde que el hotel empezó y siempre nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. Nunca hemos tenido ningún problema de ningún tipo. Para nosotros es un hotel muy simpático y volvemos continuamente. No vamos más porque no cabemos con los dos niños si viajamos todos (problema común a muchos hoteles hoy en día) Procede cierta rehabilitación .

Estancia perfecta, comunicación excelente, atencion insuperable. Habitaciones exteriores calle Valverde, un poco ruidosas en fin de semana. resto dias excelente. Habitación falta un poco de luz y en pasillo armario sin luz. Baño amplio pero como en muchos hoteles un poco problematico con referencia al espejo para el afeitado con maquinilla manual (distancia entre lavabo y espejo) Aire acondicionado dificil de hacerlo funcionar correctamente ( Habitacion 406) En general muy buena impresión.-Muy recomendable

La verdad me pareció excelente y la pasamos muy bien. Me gustó mucho el horario del desayuno que generalmente es mñas temprano en otros hoteles de Europa y aquí me encantó que fuera hasta las 11 de la mañana el fin de semana (Y muy rico también, muy bien surtido). Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables también y nos ayudaron cuando lo necesitamos. Sin duda me volvería a quedar ahí en mi próxima visita en Madrid o incluso lo recomendaría a mis amigos.

	mi sono trovata molto bene in questo hotel, è in centro, ben servito e molto silenzioso. Il personale gentilissimo. Al mio arrivo a Madrid sono stata derubata ed in hotel mi hanno aiutata con la denuncia e mi hanno lasciato un messaggio molto carino oltre ad un piatto di frutta. Se tornerò a Madrid (attenzione ai ladri in metrò) tornerò in qesto hotel.

	He repetido por su ubicación. El personal es amables y el desayuno está muy bien y el comedor donde se seirve es muy agradable. Es silencioso y las habitaciones (ha coincidido que las dos veces me han asignado la misma) están correctas aunque la última vez los anteriores huéspedes habian olvidado ropa en el armario y el personal de limpie za no lo habí retirado. 	Muy bien, el trato de recepción muy correcto, las habitaciones interiores, sin ruido, limpias y colchon de calidad, el desayuno buffet a la altura de cualquier 4 estrellas, muy correcto y surtido adecuado. La cafeteria muy profesional y servicio esmerado. Por poner un pero, la habitación el segundo día no estaba arreglada hasta las 17h., por lo demas un 10. Si duda volveremos a este hotel

	Really excellent location, 3 min walk from gran via subway station, clean and very comfortable room, helpful staff, undeground car park just in front of the hotel, There was some problem connecting to WIFI in the room, but there was a PC for common use in hotel lobby. Minus: locked fridge in the room - not possible to use it for private purpose.

Hace dos años estuvimos en éste hotel, y quedé encantada, por lo que en el siguiente viaje a Madrid era el hotel escogido, sin buscar más alojamientos. La atención es muy correcta y amable. Se vuelcan por ofrecer el mejor servicio a sus clientes y así se percibe. Al hacer la reserva solicité una habitación de fumadores y ventana a la calle, y es lo que me encontré cuando llegué. Si pueden ayudarte, lo harán. Cuando llegamos el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y antes de 20 minutos ya estaba en funcionamiento. No tengo ningún comentario negativo sobre el hotel, pues la localización, la calidad, la atención y la información son excelentes. Quizás el coste es algo elevado, pero realmente merece la pena. No dudo en que volveré a alojarme allí nuevamente.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de los atractivos turísticos de la ciudad de Madrid, se encuentra a tan sólo unos minutos caminando de la estación de metro llamada Gran Vía. El personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ofrecerle ayuda. Sus tradicionales y conservadoras instalaciones, se encuentran muy bien cuidadas y perfectamente mantenidas. Un lugar limpio, nuestra habitación se encontraba ordenada y limpia, las sabanas y toallas impecables y el baño muy bien aseado. Es un lugar excelente para descansar, las habitaciones son muy tranquilas, creo que deben tener una buena insonorización. Además, los espacios son amplios, tanto la habitación, como el baño, y tienen lugar suficiente para guardar el equipaje y sus pertenencias. Seguro cuando vuelva a Madrid, me gustaría alojarme de nuevo en este hotel.

	i had a nice stay in this hotel. Great value for price vs situatuon, 10 min walk from Gran Via, Puerta Alcala, Cibeles and Telecomunications' Palace. Friendly and helpfull staff. I recommand to provide some facilities for coffee preparations in the room. Good and fresh breakfast! I recommand this hotel either for a 3-days traveler or a nice self-booked vacance.

	We started our honeymoon in Madrid on our way to Tenerife and it was was a good choice. Hotel is located close to everything, right next to metro station, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and bathroom were as expected. When I return to Madrid I will consider staying here again.

	Estamos muy satisfechos de nuestra estancia en el hotel, la ubicación es inmejorable. Sin duda si volvemos a Madrid reservaremos de nuevo en el Hotel Sieteislas. No he considerado la puntuación con un 5 porque en cuanto al acondicionamiento de la habitación, algún pequeño detalle se descuidó, siendo igualmente correcto, pero veníamos de realizar un crucero donde este servicio es impecable.

El hotel está bien para lo que es, dormir y darse una ducha, estaba limpio y no hubo excesivo ruido, lo malo es que aparcar por la zona es difícil, y el parking del hotel, si vas con maletas, lejos, y en general, yo que no estoy acostumbrado a estar en Madrid, los parkings son muy caros. No obstante, es una buena opción para dormir un par de noches, relación calidad-precio mas que aceptable, sobretodo comparando algunos hoteles de alrededor.

El hotel está estupendo. Magníficamente situado (al lado de G. Vía pero en una calle tranquila, en todo el centro comercial de Madrid. La habitación amplia, muy limpia y confortable, y el baño también (ver toallas de baño de ese tamaño ya se da en pocos hoteles aunque sean de 4 estrellas). Y la atención del personal inmejorable. Muy amables. Por ponerle alguna pega, el desayuno caro, aunque claro, es algo opcional. Y la tele un poco pequeña y anticuada. Aunque esos dos pequeños detalles se compensan con la calidad y situación del hotel. En definitiva, la relación calidad-precio está muy bien y procuraré parar allí la próxima vez.

	Estuvimos 4 días en Madrid, del 2 al 6 de Enero, la idea era visitar museos y así lo hicimos. Elegimos este hotel por su situacion y los comentarios de otros clientes. En general quedamos contentos aunque las últimas dos noches no pudimos dormir por la juerga de la calle; el desayuno está muy bien, la atención del personal buena y la situación inmejorable. Hotel muy céntrico y confortable. La habitación es amplia y el lavabo grande y limpio. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Como puntos a mejorar: el secador de pelo semi-roto y el colchón de matrimonio muy estropeado y con bultos, muy viejo. Justamente el último dia en el hall vimos colchones nuevos para reponer. Se agradece la simpatía del personal de recepción, no siempre fué así, sobretodo en el chek-in.

	Zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Das Zimmer war schön, bot genügend Platz und war sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich gut, lediglich die Auswahl könnte etwas größer sein. Nous avons passé deux nuits à une semaine d'intervalle. La première dans une chambre qui donnait sur la cour intérieure, très spacieuse, la personne qui nous a accueilli était très aimable et très compétente bien qu'elle devait accomplir plusieurs tâches en même temps. La semaine suivante, nous avons eu pour dix euros de plus une chambre bien plus petite qui donnait sur la rue, nous avons mal dormi (bruit causé par les jeunes qui sortaient de la discothéque). La personne qui s'est occupée de nous à la réception a été correcte mais sans plus. Nous reviendrons au siete islas car il est très central dans Madrid et la calle Valverde n'est pas dangereuse mais nous croisons les doigts pour obtenir une chambre qui donne sur la cour pour pouvoir bien dormir !

Central location was excellent, the room was nice, buffet breakfast was fine, and the staff was pleasant enough. While the free-of-charge wifi Internet connection in the rooms was fast, the password system made it impossible for me to send e-mails through Outlook. That's rather annoying. A minor issue for most people, indeed, but I need to remain fully (and conveniently) connected to my business. Suggestion to hotel: Drop the password requirement and make your network for guests unprotected.

Plus. The hotes has very good location in the centre of Madrid. Staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and beautiful. Minibar was beautiful too (and cold enough!). Free Wi-Fi in the room was quick. Minus. The hotel has strange practice - the payment is required when you check in. Sometimes there wasn't any staff at reception and only a chambermaid (who did not speak english) was able to give us a key. Also I was unable to use VPN on my laptop (maybe temporary problem?). In the hotel there were too few free international tv-channels. In russian: Отель очень хороший с хорошим расположением в центре Мадрида. Пусть не пугает антиреклама квартала, которую можно найти в инете. Вменяемый и доброжелательный персонал на ресепшене всегда был готов помочь, если что-то было нужно. Горничные очень хорошо убирали в комнате (и постоянно следили за наличием в ванной необходимых предметов). Минибар нам открыли сразу же, как только мы попросили, и он на удивление хорошо морозил. С WiFi все было хорошо, кроме того, на ресепшене можно пользоваться их компьютером с интернетом. Русских каналов по ТВ нет (впрочем, это даже плюс в отпуске). Есть сейф. Единственное, что немного напрягло - оплату попросили сразу же при заселении. Ну и время от времени на ресепшене не было администратора, и ключ выдавали первые попавшиеся под руку горничные (что пугало, ведь так они любому ключи могли дать), которые обычно не говорили по-английски. Впрочем, умения считать до 10 мне вполне хватало, чтобы объяснить какой номер. Еще, если планируете подъезжать к отелю на машине, будьте готовы, что там прямо на улице у отеля нет парковки, а улица очень узкая с односторонним движением. Но в целом, отель - один из лучших в испании, в которых мы останавливались.

Un hotel excelente. Me alojaré en el Sieteislas la próxima vez que vaya a Madrid. Localización perfecta, a 1 minuto de la Gran Vía con lo que uno experimenta la ciudad y todo lo que el centro ofrece y sin embargo no hay ruido de trafico. Desde el momento en que se llega a recepción el personal es muy amable; la habitación en todo momento impecable y el servicio de habitaciones excelente. 	un buen hotel, centrico, moderno, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia en Madrid muy comoda y agradable. No hace falta nada mas y es un opcion de precio muy razonable. Siempre que me hospedo en Madrid lo hago en este hotel, que me gusta y sus empleados son atentos y dispuestos. Seguramente habrá mejores hoteles, pero este es una muy buena opcion.

	Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación en una calle junto a la Gran Vía aunque tiene un ambiente malo de prostitución. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. La relación calidad precio es muy buena.

	The hotel is very well located for anyone willing to discover Madrid walking or using public transportation. The rooms are quite big, nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet offers a large choice of salty and sweet things. The service is alright.

	Very spacious room, clean, comfortable, located in the city centre. Breakfast was very good with wide variety of choices - cereal, muesli, ham, bacon, eggs, croissants, yoghurt, bread, toast, fruit, juice etc. Staff were friendly, they even allowed us to check in early. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Will come back.

	Room is good, clean and in line with expectation. At the reception there is always at least one person, and most of them are kindly to explain/resolve for doubt. The location is good, very close to the Gran Via. The ratio price/quality is high, in particular because often there are many special offer on the web site (or site as booking).

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena para hacer turismo por la ciudad e ir de compras (cerca de Sol, Callao, Chueca, Malasaña, la zona de museos...), aunque el principio de la calle (desde Gran Vía) tenga un poco de mala pinta. Nos dieron una habitación en el patio interior, con lo que la estancia fue muy tranquila. La habitación era muy cómoda, bien equipada y limpia. A destacar la calidad, cantidad y variedad del desayuno (buffet con jamón, quesos, bacon, huevos, tortilla de patata, croissants y bollería, tostadas, fruta fresca, varias mermeladas, zumos, yogures, café y tés...). En resumen, quedamos muy contentos del hotel.

	Hotel de muy buena qualidad, pero hay un poco de ruido en las habitaciones que dan en la calle de Valverde. La direcion nos ha cambiado y todo fue muy bien. Very good hotel, the first night was a bit noisy because of some bars in the street but the manager gave us another room and it was perfect.

Mi estancia ha sido muy buena por varias razones. El trato exquisito, todas las dudas que les planteábamos, nos indicaban de manera correcta, y las calificaria de muy humanas. En segundo lugar lo céntrico que está y lo facil que es llegar. Para los dias que estuve y a lo que fuy, a mi me parecio perfecto, hasta el aire acondicionado, que como hacia bastante calor fuera , no nos daban ganas de salir del hotel.

El hotel me parece muy agradable. la ubicación es excelente ya que caminando se puede llegar a varios puntos de interés como la Puerta del Sol. Además la estación del metro está muy cerca, así como la del autobús turístico. El personal del hotel es muy agradable, atienden muy bien y el desayuno muy bien, con lo necesario para empezar el día. Me gustó mucho. Si algún día vuelvo a Madrid, no dudaría en hospedarme nuevamente en este hotel. Gracias y felicidades por el servicio.

	Couldn't have asked for a better room in a better location. Right in the center of Madrid, apparently this area used to be a bit dodgy, but felt perfectly safe and though the area was always busy, the room was lovely and quiet. Nice, friendly and helpful staff.

	Excellent quality hotel. Room was large and comfortable, bathroom was clean and of a high standard. Air-conditioning tended to not work ocassionally, however was superb when it did work properly. Hotel should either put more than one pillow per person, or have thicker pillows. Other than those two items, then stay was excellent and I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

	Excellent location. Easy to find from the metro. Metro stop and open top bus tour stops very close to hotel. Hotel very clean. Check in very good, staff very helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast. Only downside was an internal room, no outside windows so no natural light, making room a little dark. Also, ladies of the night operate quite close to the hotel but they do no bother you.

	The Hotel was excellent with a good sized,bright bedroom and bathroom.Very clean with friendly helpful staff.Very close to the Gran Via so ideal for tourism but still quiet.Calle Valverde is not the most attractive of streets but this was not a problem.Breakfast was good and the bar/cafe was ideal for a snack or a drink. Would go back and would also recommend to friends.

L'Hotel Sieteisas ha davvero soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. A partire dalla fantastica posizione a pochi metri dalla Gran Via (e dalla relativa fermata della Metro), l'hotel ci ha offerto alcuni piccoli comfort che hanno reso la nostra vacanza madrilena ancora più piacevole. Le stanze, sempre molto pulite, sono grandi, spaziose, dotate di un ampio bagno con vasca e asciugacapelli (...unico difetto che abbia effettivamente riscontrato, l'asciugacapelli - di quelli classici a muro - è davvero poco efficace, consiglio di portarsene dietro uno se si hanno capelli lunghi ), aria condizionata, televisore, cassetta di sicurezza. Il personale della reception è sempre stato estremamente cortese e disponibile e, in diverse situazioni, ci ha aiutato a risolvere brillantemente i nostri problemi. Nei pressi della reception è presente un computer connesso a Internet utilizzabile gratuitamente da tutti gli ospiti dell'albergo (sebbene sia presente la connessione wireless gratuita). Soggiornare all'Hotel Sieteislas è stato davvero gradevole, lo consiglio caldamente a chiunque e spero di tornarci al più presto.

	El hotel está muy bien ubicado y bien cuidado. Lo único que podría decir es que la conexión wifi no pasaba muy bien en mi habitación, pero supongo que eso depende de en que piso te encuentras. we stayed at the hotel on two separate occasions. Both times, we found the room clean, bed and pillows very comfortable and the breakfast was a great feature. Location is fantastic! My only complaint is that it depends on what side of the hotel you are on. The street side can be noisy with traffic and partiers, The inferior rooms were fabulously quiet! Would definately stay again and reccomend to friends.

El hotel ya lo conocíamos. Céntrico y agradable. El personal muy atento y amable. lo único desagradable e increible fue la EXIGENCIA de pagar la estancia antes de haber entrado en la habitación. No como en otros hoteles, que -a veces- te piden una Tarjeta de Crédito como garantía del pago, no, aquí te exigen la tarjeta de crédito y te hacen el cargo (por tres noches en nuestro caso) inmediatamente, antes de decirte que habitación tienes, si da a un patio o es exterior etc, etc. Hemos viajado mucho y por muchos sitios y paises, y es la primera vez que nos pasa.

Es un hotel al que he ido tanto con mi mujer como con mis compañeros, que está estupendamente, ya que he estado en diferentes habitaciones y todas están muy bien, sobre todo las "suites", y con la ventaja añadida de estar en el centro de Madrid, a un paso de todo. Lo único que me apena, es que no tiene un parking propio, que reduzca los cotes de dejar el coche, en los que tiene tanto enfrente como alrededor. Yo sinceramente es un hotel que recomiendo.

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room lacked any view (none of them have), but was good sized. The TV was a small 14 inch, but everything else was to a high standard. The bath was large enough to allow two, if you are planning bit of a fun. The water pressure is great and the two shower modes allow you a great hydro message if you fancy. Lastly the staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was good. I asked for a late check out (by an hour and a half) and was entertained without any fuss.

My husband and I stayed at Siete Islas in November 2009. We liked the hotel very much, the rooms were good and comfortable and we found the location to be excellent. The staff were all very efficient and friendly. A good breakfast was served each morning. The reception staff were very helpful and arranged for a taxi to arrive at 4am on the morning of our departure to take us to the airport for our flight to Barcelona. 	Hotel is SERIOUSLY central and right in Gran Via and 2 mins from Soll. Room and bed sheets very clean and good service every day.The room itself is a little small though and you have to pay for the mini bar even though it advertises it as free!!. But overall very happy with it for the money we paid. Location is top class.

	I found this a very pleasant and central hotel. The staff were eager to please and very friendly. For example, we hadn't specified that we wanted a smoking room so were booked into non-smoking. Within a couple of hours of asking, we had been moved into a smoking room. I can highly recommend this establishment.

	Ottimo albergo, stanza pulita e ben accessoriata, silenzioso, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, minibar gratuito, colazione a buffet abbondante e con ampia scelta. Personale gentile e disponibile. Vorrei trovare alberghi simili in tutti i posti che visito.

	the room was clean, spacy and in the bathroom was everythng I needed. The hotel is loceted very close to the Gran Via Metro Station, but in a small street. So it's quiet, except they build a house next to the hotel.

	Very nice hotel. Just 100 yards from Gran Via Metro. Very Central. Free Mini Bar also well appreciated! Overall good value for money. Great variety with breakfast also

	First time in Madrid and would not hesitate to rebook at Hotel Siete Islas. Right in the middle of the City, close to the Metro and main street Grand Via. All staff brilliant.

	Nice hotel. Good service. Great buffet for breakfast (variety and quantity). Wi-Fi. Great location. Perhaps three stars would be a better rating than four, but I was satisfied overall.

	Excellent location just off Gran Via. Large lobby with bar/coffee shop useful as meeting place as our group occupied several rooms. Bedroom and cupboard space ok, bathroom on small side, though all very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient.
