Es un lugar adecuado para disfrutar un fin de semana en Madrid. Es limpio, agradable, silencioso y con un buen Buffet para el desayuno.

The hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. The buffet was more than I expected. the location was great within walking distance to a few point of interest. I read in a previous review before going that the stop on the 'Metro' was "Caillo" and that was definitely closer than Gran Via, many thanks to that hotel reviewer. The only downsize was the elevators were extremely too small. Would stay again.

Excellent location for the price, very nice brekfast-buffet that easily fills yor stomach until late afternoon, nice and helpful staff at the reception-desk. And for the downside; elevators are too few and too small for a hotel of this size, expect to spend some time waiting for going up/down, one of our room at fifth floor (no 516) had a smell of sewer but the other room (518) was perfectly alright. One more thing; don´t get of att "Gran Via" metro station as posted in the paper from Bookassist, if you do so you´ll have to walk a couple of hundred meters. If you get off at "Callao" instead you´re just 100 m away and see it directly once you get up at street-level. I really recommend this place if you want to be close (walk by foot) to many major attractions as well as not to spend too much money on lodging.

Great location, could walk to many places. Easy access to metro. Room price was quite good - though I caught a promotional deal. Service was good also but single bed too small.

Ha sido satisfactorio, el personal muy agradable, pero un poco incomodo por tener que bajar y subir desde la recepción hasta la salida del Hotel las maletas, por lo demás, lo recomiendo. Irene

Good location at a reasonable price. No WiFi in the rooms unless you pay a big fee, forget what. All in all not that bad if you want to be in the middle of everything.
