The location is second to none, and I have found the facilities excellent. I was very impressed with the manner in which the management handled a room problem I had on arrival. My accommodations have been extremely comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommended. I would definitely come and stay here again.

Could not control air. Room was too hot. Room was by elevator. Somewhat noisy. One small interior window. Very little daylight.

Hotel Regina is in a grey location we walked every where from our base there. The room was bigger than I expected. The bathroom was really modern and so clean the shower was amazing our room was on the side of hotel which was overlooking a small side street so was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful room was cleaned every day. Had age eat stay in Madrid would use the hotel again and recommend it. There is some building work going on at the minute but did not impact on our stay except first night we arrived late evening and would have likeed to have had a drink in hotel but there was no bar.

Very clean room and nice front desk staff. Seeer smell inbathroom

We were delighted with our room. The breakfast was varied and good quality. The hotel is being renovated so the bar wasn't available which was a shame but didn't spoil things as the hotel was close to numerous bars and restaurants. The hotel was very well placed for all the places we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and would be happy to return if I visit Madrid again.

I would definitely recommend the Regina hotel. The location is perfect to get round Madrid. The staff are all professional and helpful from the front desk, to the breakfast staff and housekeeping. We stayed in one of the attick rooms which was very big, clean, and had a perfect terrace for sitting out. The only thing that would have been an improvement in the room would be to have tea or coffee making facilities. However I would definitely book the Regina hotel again on my next visit.

When I arrived hotel, TV was not work normally, hotel didn't ready champagne and fruit which is written on the reservation confirmation. I look forward to this when I book the hotel, but they didn't mentioned until I checkout. So I also not mentioned about that, because I will not go to your hotel again.

Location is perfect, the front desk staffs are all very nice, helpful and fast response to our needs. breakfast buffet is very nice, but the staffs are very rude, had a very stressful breakfast.

The picture and discription of the room are not same as the actual room, the first night we were stay the room totally different to on the internet. After we complained, they did change the better room for us. But Hotel lactation is really good.
