I was very disappointed with the service of your staff. They were unhelpful and had an attitude of giving the minimum amount of care and attention. I would never recommend you to anyone and would never stay with you again. The hotel was clean.	report this review as inappropriate

buenas tardes dias o noches. la verdad q me puntuacion del 3 es mas bien por la gente que teneis de limpieza en el hotel.no es por que estubiese sucia la habitacion ni nada por el estilo,es un poco como de queja por sus limpiadoras que a las 7 de la mañana cuando aun dormia se empezaron a gritar unas a otras creo que hasta las 10 de la mañana por lo de mas ....genial,muy buen hotel y muy buen trato,muchas gracias por todo. saludos: Monica Coleto.	report this review as inappropriate

Very clean and comfortable. Our 3 night rate was excellent. Reception staff very helpful, with sense of humour. Ideal location for city centre galleries, restaurants etc. Would definitely stay there again.	report this review as inappropriate

Hotel regina is a superb value hotel Very comfortable and well decorated. Small but pleasant bar selling nice cold beer. Very close to metro. Within walking distance to some nice bars. watch out for small local children pickpocketing or taking your mobile phone off the table in the local bars. Local police not bothered about tipsy british people reporting crimes. Madrid has some great buildings ruined by lots of graffiti.	report this review as inappropriate

Excellent location. Inexpensive. Rooms so-so. Staff unfriendly and unwilling to go out of their way to help. There was an odor in one of the 5 rooms and the hotel could not find another to accomodate us.	report this review as inappropriate
