	exelente!!!! muy buena ubicacion para el turismo y el transporte, ademas las veces que usamos el restaurante nos fue muy bien, sobre todo bien en el desayuno y tambien exelente la atencion de la recepcion, en especial el Sr. francisco

La verdad esque fue una experiencia muy agradable y el trato del personal del hotel fue esquisito.....dentro de lo que pude disfrutar de el por que estuvimos fuera mucho tiempo,eso si muy comodo para desplazarte x Madrid ya que esta cerca de todo.....puedes ver el centro de Madrid y alrededores solo andando y paseando......( Ah y el desayuno a la Española y no haciendote madrugar como en otros Hoteles....)......Muy recomendable.

Me registre por primera vez en este hotel, para acompañar a un amigo uruguayo que venia a Madrid. Y volvere a hacerlo, por que su relacion calidad precio es buena, resulta muy centrico y bien comunicado y su web facilita mucho la reserva y registro. Estaba lleno de americanos que saben "oler" y usar las buenas referencias. El personal es eficiente y servicial, dando los servicios necesarios y obviando lo superfluo. Solo encontre la pega del uso de ascensores, cuyo sistema de ahorro de nergia esta insuficientemente explicado, aunque cuando se conoce, resulta perfecto. Volvi a comprobar que un tres estrellas español es un cuatro estrellas frances y un cinco estrellas italiano

	This was a very pleasant hotel in a great location. very accessible by metro or bus. Very close to the Palacio Real. The staff were very helpful and the rates are reasonable.

Muy bien sobre todo la ubicacion y trato del personal. Sobre restauracion no puedo opinar porqur no hicimos uso de este servicio. Lo unico negativo fue que a las dos de la madrugada el vecino de la habitacion contigua se puso a dar voces y a soltar tacos como un energumeno hasta que se fue de la habitacion dando un portazo. Nos asusto y nos hizo pasar mal rato y tardamos bastante en volver a dormirnos.

	Estuvimos la semana pasada alojados en el Hotel Principe Pio, un hotel muy agradable. Un trato excelente, un ubicación genial (centro madrid) con habitaciones vista al palacio, relación calidad-precio espectacular! En la próxima visita a madrid repetiremos seguro en este hotel! The hotel is placed closed to the centre to the city; the view is very nice; you can see beatifull places and enjoy your choice. The room is clear and comfotable; cleaning service is also satisfied. Working personnel is very polite and helpfull. I really enjoyed my travel; i loved Madrid and next time if i have an opportunity to visit Madird once more i will definetily stay in Principe Pio Hotel! :) Many thanks for your hospitality!

We were so pleased with our stay at the Hotel Principe Pio! The staff were so incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. They not only spoke Spanish and English, but also French. They allowed us to check into our room a few hours early, which was very much appreciated after our long flight to Madrid. Breakfast was positively wonderful, too! We look forward to visiting Madrid again soon and will most definitely be staying at the Hotel Principe Pio! Thank you again for making our stay great!

Al observar el mobiliario,grandes espejos, fantásticas lámparas...comprobamos que el hotel tuvo una época dorada. El personal del hotel es profesional y atiende con amabilidad cualquier cosulta. La limpieza de las habitaciones es rápida y excelente.. La ropa de cama y toallas está en inmejorables condiciones. La comida es manifiestamente mejorable, pero conviene ver el elegante comedor presidido por una pintura del estilo que Goya realizaba para la Ta Real Fábrica de Tapices de Sante Bárbara. El tema nos remite a una escena festiva, alegre y popular propia de aquella época. La situación es excelente: frente al Palacio Real, visita siempre obligada; tras un breve paseo llegamos a la Plaza de España que se abre a la emblemática Gran Vía inmortalizada por el famoso pintor manchego Antonio López. En la puerta del Hotel nos esperan varias lineas de autobuses que harán nuestrs desplazamientos cómodos y seguros. No se pierdan una visita a esta Hotel. Les gustará

Ya mi hijo me lo recomendó..de hecho él hizo la reserva la 1ª vez. La 2ª reserva la hice yo,al quedar plenamente satisfecho. La situación es ideal y cerca de los transportes públicos,con un parque enfrente que inspira paz y tranquilidad. El personal es superior y muy amable. Lo mejor es la relación calidad precio...muy económico. Las habitaciones son amplias y con el baño digno de un principe. Wiffi gratuito,tv y una decoración agradable. Han ganado un cliente y lo recomendaré siempre que pueda. Gracias al personal y recibid un abrazo.

As it was our anniversary, I specifically asked for a double bed when I made the booking. However, we were given two single beds. Reception told me that the hotel was full and so I asked for the two beds to be pushed together. Reception said they would do so, but they never did. After asking twice more within a 6-hour period and nothing being done, I had to do it myself. This was the biggest disappointment, the fact that we asked three times for something but had to end up doing it ourselves. On another note, I don't think that the sheets and towels need to be changed every day, it's also not good for the environment. And perhaps an English-language channel on the TV could be added (BBC, CNN etc). Location fine, staff friendly.

	What a nice find. Right in the middle of Madrid within a few minutes of the Palace and park, a short walk to Plaza Mayor and virtually next door to the Metro. Great staff, helpful and courteous. The room was bright, airy and comfortable. Not keen on the restuarant - dull and bland - but hey - there are hundreds of little inexpensive places to eat everywhere around. Enjoy this place. We did.

	We found the room comfortable and the location was good, being near the Plaza de Espana and the Royal Palace. The local city tour bus stop is a few minutes walk away. An extensive shopping mall is nearby at the Estacion del Norte, which we did not discover until too late. The staff were friendly and attentive. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

	Por fin he encontrado un hotel acogedor y tranquilo en Madrid, estupendamente situado cerca del casco antiguo que permite desenvolverse la mar de bien, tanto en las estancias profesionales como en las de placer. Friendly staff, free wifi connection and use of communal computers with another option of hiring a laptop if needed. Hotel is close to Plaza Espana metro station in a grand setting. I thought the £50 per person per night was reasonable for a big hotel in the centre of Madrid. My only gripe was that the booking.com price I was quoted (175 Euros) had gone up to 202 Euros with no explanation from the hotel. The 8% tax was added onto this aswell. Apart from that, nice clean room in a big hotel in a central location.

Reconociendo que es un hotel de 3*, estuvimos los 2 muy, muy contentos. Está muy bien situado, el desayuno tiene todo lo necesario (bollería, jamónes, frutas, cereales, etc) y a un precio muy afordable. Más que nada, la gente de recepción fue muy amable, y nos ayudó mucho - tuvimos unos problemas (que no tenían nada que ver con el hotel) y nos ayudaron muchísimo. Yo recomiendo este hotel - si quieres un hotel central y muy bien de precio, aquí lo tendrás.

	The only draw back to our stay was our room was way too small! Could barley move around in it. Bathrooms was good size and clean! Staff was very helpful and polite :) I would stay again if they have any bigger rooms!!!!!

	El servicio de internet es muy malo. Necesita de mejorar mucho en las habitaciones mas lejanas de la escalera. La qualidad del signal es muy mala. En todo más es lo habitual del Pio (hace 12 años que todos los años quedo una ou dos noches en el cuando viajo a través de España.

	La llegada al Hotel Principe Pio, fue muy agradable, porque a pesar de haber llegado a altas horas de la noche fuimos atendidos por su personal con mucha amabilidad, y en nuestra estadia estubimos atendidos con mucho esmero, especialmente el Sr. Juan. sus habitaciones y demas servicios son excelentes, volveriamos a escoger este lugar para vacacionar.

	la estancia fue satisfactoria en general, pero deberían ustedes cudar más ciertos aspectos como el del ascensor grande y el mobiliario de las habitaciones ya esta un poco fiera de uso. 	Our stay at Principe Pio was a very pleasant experience. Although it has the appearance of a common hotel, the aristocratic aura of the lobby, the warm air of the room and the beautiful view of the royal palace made this stay a very special one. Sąsiedztwo dworca Principie Pio zapewnia dogodne i szybkie połączenia z północnymi okolicami Madrytu oraz zapewnia dojazd do dworców mających połączenia z pozostałymi regionami Hiszpani. Znakomity dojazd na lotnisko metrem - tylko jedna przesiadka. Hotel Cichy, przytulny, kameralny i przyjazny. Obsługa znakomita. Bardzo polecam, byłem w nim już drugi raz i kolejne pobyty planuje także tym hotelu.

Aunque el hotel ya tiene unos años, esta muy bien conservado y las habitaciones son confortables y espaciosas en relación al precio que tienen. El servicio es bueno. Su situación excelente. Tiene vistas al Palacio Real y por lo tanto está muy bien situado para visitar a pié el centro histórico de la ciudad. Está bien comunicado ya que está muy cerca de la estación de cercanias de Príncipe Pio.

Goed bereikbare locatie. Kamers schoon en verder alles wat je nodig hebt. Prima douche(welin een badkuip)Het enigste wat ik miste was een koelkastje. Alle tv zenders zijn spaaanstalig, zelfs CNN Desk beantwoordt vragen accuraat. Ontbijt is wat aan de dure kant, zeker omdat (wij in ieder geval) we s'ochtends weinig eten. Daarnaast zit zo'n hammentent waar je met z'n drieen prima kan ontbijten voor 10 eur. en je pikt meteen wat spaanse ontbijtcultuur mee.

	Não gostei do facto de ter reservado um quarto triplo e ter ficado num quarto duplo com cama extra e ainda por cima cobraram-me o mesmo. De referir também que não mudaram os lençóis de algumas camas, se não lhes parecesse sujo não mudavam, limitavam-se a arranjar a cama. À parte isso hotel limpo, arejado e com funcionários atenciosos. Óptima localização, de fácil acesso.

Lo mejor es su situación. Muy centrico. Ideal para pasar un fin de semana y conocer Madrid. Al lado de Pl. España, Palacio Real y la Almudena y Templo de Debot. La decoración es un pelín antigua para mi gusto pero realmente tambien eso tiene su encanto. El precio que conseguí fue muy bueno. Si quieres comer en el hotel por 10 euros tienen menú bastante bueno y te da la opción de si te pilla en el mes de agosto, en pleno verano con el calor, puedes descansar un ratito despues de comer y una vez recuperadas las fuerzas continuar. En general nos vinimos bastante satisfechos y lo recomendaría sin dudarlo.

	Estuvimos en la habitación 618 y fue altamente confortable, me gustaría repetir estancia y habitación otra vez que viaje a Madrid.
