comments The hotel was very clean and well presented.Staff were excellent and helpful in every way.The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to the main tourist attractions.I would highly recommend this hotel.

comments Very friendly helpful staff, who went out of their way to help with train bookings, local information etc. Room v. quiet, in spite of the hotel being centrally located. We found the location excellent, easy walking to everything we wanted to see, or easy bus or taxi rides to further locations.

comments The hotel was all right overall but nothing exceptional. The staff was helpfull but I have seen better before in Madrid and even Barcelona. This "new concept" thing about the hotel still remains a mystery to me asa it was a hotel like millions around the world, nothing more, nothing less... Overall our stay was quite expensive after all, but it must be because of the location as we were very central.

comments Hotel had a great location. Rooms were a little small but nice. Breakfast was not good and not included which I was not aware of. Reception staff had little or no English and were not very helpful.

comments Room was gorgeous, and the hotel was in a wonderful location. We could only though control the rooms heating but not the air conditioning so we found the room stifling. No help from front desk. So partly disappointed by our visit.

comments A very clean hotel with a good location. very good for taking a leisurly stroll ,shopping or sightseeing, all close at hand. All rooms double glazed with air conditioning. Nice lobby to meet friends if you are in a group. It's good for a group holiday! Friendly staff at all times - even when we stayed in the restaurant past closing time.....ooops. We ate in the hotel one evening and enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning every morning.

comments Very friendly staff and great location with most sights within walking distance such as Plaza Santa Anna, Plaza dOriente. NB be very careful in Madrid there are pickpockets everywhere! and other scams.

comments Our first impression was as good as our last! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean, modern. We loved the location as it is very central and close to the metro, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

comments Very good location, very quiet and nice rooms even down to the heated bathroom mirror! Very helpful reception and night porter. The free minibar was a bit lame, no snacks, no spirits but beer and soft drinks ok.

comments We were very pleased with the Hotel Preciados. It is perfectly located Between the Puerta del Sol and the Gran Via. The rooms are very comfortable, with firm beds and free internet access. The staff helped us find a great place nearby to experience flamenco, and hired a van to get us to the airport with a large amount of luggage. I recommend the hotel very highly.

comments Lovely rooms with good standard of cleanliness. Having said that it was quite small. Was noisy at night as we were facing the street, might be a problem for those seeking an early night. Great location. Would definitely stay again.
