We had a perfect stay at this Hotel! The front desk was extremely helpful, and it was a nice little surprise to be greeted with a note from the Hotel and chocolates to wish us a Happy Epiphany! The Restaurant across the street was recommended to us for their meat, and it was delicious! The location of the Hotel was perfect for getting to all the sites, and the breakfast was quite awesome as well!

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Walking distance to everything, yet on a quiet side street without the traffic noise. Hotel staff was courteous and very helpful. Rooms were modern, clean and had great bathrooms. Breakfast spread is outstanding! Wifi worked extremely well throughout our stay

Friendly staff: Excellent breakfast: Nice rooms - excellent shower: Laptop available in the room (never seen before): Good service, we could check in at 10.00 am. Well situated in the centre of town, 2 mins from metro. Minus: cleaning lady was travelling with her trolly through the corridors quite early.

Hacia mucho frío en la habitación y tampoco se podía poner el aire caliente debito al ruido constante. He pasado dos noches y seguro que no voy a repetir! Ademas tampoco llegaba la conexión internet aunque según el desk mi habitación estaba justo encima del ruter!aun que el precio valió la pena, pero mis horas de sueño son aun mas valiosas! Y la verdad conociendo la cadena me he llevado un mal sabor de boca!gracias

The staff were very helpful and their suggestions for day tours was great/informative. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us, walking distance to all the places we wanted to be close to.

Our room was at the top of the building, in the eaves, and so was a bit dark. However, the staff were very helpful, the facilities were clean, and location perfect, being just off the Gran Via. I would stay here again

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great position of hotel and close to everything,,,Metro, Centre...etc. Would stay there again.

The staff at the hotel Petit Palace were very accommodating which was a distinct requirement for the large group of people we had travelling. Recommended and will be utilised again if in Madrid.

No podia conectarme por internet en la habitacion. Tuve que bajar a la zona de recepcion para establecer la conceccion wifi. No voy a volver a su hotel hasta que se puende resolver este problema.

stayed in hotel for 3 nights and was very pleased with our stay. room was small but bathroom was big and had a great shower. decor was very bland and could do with a good paint make over, but i wouldnt let this put anyone off. hotel is in an excellent location and is only yards from all the shops. enjoyed our stay and would go back again. staff were good except for 1 chap i asked about a shopping centre, he told me it was closed on that day and should be avoided because it was to expensive. i went and found it open and got some bargains.
