comments El hotel está bien ubicado. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. El desayuno es variado y abundante aunque costoso pero si consigues oferta de hab con desayuno incluido está muy bien.

comments Dunkles, eher kleines Zimmer im Hinterhof. Frühstücksraum mit rund 26 Plätzen zu klein für die Anzahl Zimmer. Gäste mussten teilweise auf freie Plätze warten. Für längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht geeignet.

comments No podia conectarme por internet en la habitacion. Tuve que bajar a la zona de recepcion para establecer la conceccion wifi. No voy a volver a su hotel hasta que se puende resolver este problema.

comments stayed in hotel for 3 nights and was very pleased with our stay. room was small but bathroom was big and had a great shower. decor was very bland and could do with a good paint make over, but i wouldnt let this put anyone off. hotel is in an excellent location and is only yards from all the shops. enjoyed our stay and would go back again. staff were good except for 1 chap i asked about a shopping centre, he told me it was closed on that day and should be avoided because it was to expensive. i went and found it open and got some bargains.

comments I found the rooms toosmall,though very well equipped.I missed some welcome detail,such as sweets,etc,that I found in other hotels from your chain.The staff was very nice,polite and helpful.

comments hola! méncantó esos dias en madrid... la unica cosa que no me gustó mucho fue la habitación que era muy pequeña pero era todo muy lympio el desayuno muy bueno y en la ultima noche (que nos quedamos porque nuestro vuelo fue cancelado) la habitación era muy buena!!!! muchas gracias y saludos

comments Es 2° vez que me alojo en este hotel, la anterior fue en invierno. Ahora llegué en metro desde el Aeropuerto (toda una aventura por 4 euros, el taxi cuesta 30) y encontré que la ubicación es excelente (Estación Gran Vía), desde ahí accedes a todo lo que hay que visitar sin problemas. La atención en la recepción mejoró, a pesar de que aún no logro una habitación con vista a la calle. El desayuno de maravilla, abundante e impecable y la contratación del tur a Escorial, Valle de los Caídos y Toledo fue perfecta (sólo les faltó mencionar que no hay que llevar mochilas, ya que las retienen en el Escorial). Ah...! y el hospedaje en el hotel acumula puntos para quienes tienen tarjeta Iberia, genial.

comments Situated in the best place a hotel could be in Mardid, which is ofcourse Gran Via. Only problem was that the bedrooms were very small. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Modern and clean.

comments En general fue bien, pero hay dos comentario que hacer: Al principio de nuestra estancia nos asignaron una habitación del 4o piso la cual es muy incómoda, tanto porqué no tenía ventana (hay un domo y con lluvia no se puede abrir) como por el techo inclinado que reduce significativamente el tamaño de la habitación y provocó que me pegara en varias ocasiones en la cabeza. Hace falta mayor atención en cuartos. (toallas, papel sanitario, etc)

comments Sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum, Tolle Dusche, doch leider war das Wasser am abend 2x kalt. Der Empfang beim einchecken war ok, unpersönlich und schnell. Das Zimmer war modern doch sehr klein aber erstaunlich ruhig (Lage in den Innenhof)

comments En general me ha encantado, lo único que he echado de menos es un poco más de espacio en el tema de armarios, en lo que quizá la habitación esté un poco justa. Aunque habría que tener en cuenta que el uso de la que estuvimos es de 4 pax, por lo que también entiendo que para 2 pax sería suficiente. Nuestra felicitación por los desayunos, excelentes!

comments Hotel staff is great... especially Marta. We left our camera case on the way to the airport in a taxi they had called for us. Much to our surprise Le Petit Palace, Marta, had called the taxi driver , found our camera case with a very expensive camera and requested the taxi to return to the airport. We were surprised and elated to recover our belongings. Not only was the hotel very nice, clean and comfortable it also is in a great location. Just could not ask for more! We will definitely return. Thank you and especially Marta! Family of three from Texas.

comments An excellent modern hotel just approx 200 yards from Gran Via and near the metro. Although there was no bar in the hotel there were plenty of these and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Check in was speedy and we were allowed our room before the check in time. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. The bathrooms were a wonderful feature and we had a family room which was pleasantly larger than I expected. I would hot hesitate to recommed this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

comments la estancia fue muy bien y el hotel esta perfectamente situado, el trato del personal muy correcto y simpaticos. el único pero que yo pondria es el calor que hacía en las habitaciones (la nuestra un poco pequeña, pero con un inmejorable cuarto be baño) si fuese un mes de enero de los de antes, entenderia lo del calor. en definitiva muy buena nota

comments We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Petit Palace Tres Cruces. The interior style is really nice & everything looks very new. Breakfast was very good too. Only thing was that the LapTops for Internet in the Lounge were not working as they were broken... But overall impression of the hotel is very good. Would stay there again!

comments It's a gr8 hotel,clean and fabulously located.Breakfast is really very good and elaborate.All that it needs more would be more info/detaisl related to sightseeing or other areas of tourist interest. It really is not geared for that at all except for some leaflet at the reception.As tourist we had to get all info on what to do ,how to do by ourselves and the internet.Hotel staff were clueless.But overall gr8 value for money.
