If you want a spotless hotel in an excellent area, staffed by friendly, efficient and helpful people, with the latest TV, web, and bathroom accessories, a very comfortable bed and all at a reasonable rate, you found it.

We had a lovely time in Madrid. The The gentleman who checked us out was very kind and helpful and I didn't get his name but he really made the stay that much better. The hotel wasn't able to provide us with a universal plug for our computer so that was a little frustrating. The breakfast was very good. The decor a little loud, but overall, the service was great.

Stylish, cosy and light room, which can be easily regarded as a 5 stars. Good window view. I'm really satisfied.

Overall I was pretty satisfied with my stay. There were however some small things missing like a toilet brush and a soap dish. I'd like to emphasise that the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was excellent, except for one thing. We had the noise from a drip somewhere inside the aircon vent and that kept us awake part of the night. We reported it but were told that "nothing could be done about it" Room 414. As I said, the rest was 1st class and the staff were very helpful. If you can fix that noise then we will recommend the hotel to friends and stay again. Richard Galvani

This is a gorgeous hotel within walking distance of everything you'd like to see in Madrid. The view from the room was beautiful and the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The receptionist, Lucia, was so helpful in finding restaurants. She was very patient in giving directions and even made reservations at restaurants she thought we would be interested in. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel is situated in an elegant and quiet neighbourhood, but the distance to the center and the Prado Museum is very short. In spite of its modern-style interior the hotel is quite cosy, but the chairs in the beakfast room ar not very comfortable. The beakfast is good and the staff friendly and helpful. It is very good that all rooms have a computer.

Excellent hotel, excellent location. Room was spacious, overlooked Retiro Park, excellent amenity having a hotel, ready access laptop in the room, bathroom was very nice. It was quiet neighborhood, close to two metro stops, museums. Getting to tourist areas was easy on the metro. Only drawback was that hotel was being remodeled and there were no restaurant facilities on site.

Location is excellent - off the noisy streets but in 1 min walk from Prado. We had a spacious room with 2 windows and view over Retiro on the 3-rd floor. Breakfast was very good and lasted till 11-30. Our friends stayed on the 1-st floor and complaint that room was smaller and it was cold during the night though.
