comments El hotel está en un sitio inmejorable, en plena puerta del sol. Los empleados de recepción son muy amables. Como única pega diría que falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero en general la habitación muy espaciosa, limpia y en buen estado.

comments Es la segunda vez que vengo a este hotel, con unas amigas en las dos ocasiones y hemos disfrutado. Céntrico, amabilidad, limpieza, muy bien, lo único que me gustaría es que en las habitaciones familiares hubiera dos camas en lugar de literas, pero por lo demás muy bien, cuando vuelva a Madrid segurísimo que estaré en este hotel.

comments Está perfectamenta ubicado, al comienzo de la calle Arenal. El personal es muy amable.la insonorización de la habitación es perfecta, y eso que dabamos a la calle. La única pega es que el baño estaba algo deteriorado.

comments La estancia en el Hotel ha sido corta, pero satisfactoria. La recepción y la habitación bastante bien. El emplazamiento, superior. Lo menos bueno es que no se puede circular por la calle para dejar las maletas, aunque hay un parking no muy lejos.

comments Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, en plena Puerta del Sol de Madrid. El trato del personal muy correcto. La habitación normalita y necesita mejorar un poco la limpieza. Lo mejor de la habitación, para mi gusto, el cuarto de baño y la ducha. Dispone de minibar en las habitaciones. Si surgiera la oportunidad en el futuro sí consideraría este hotel entre los posibles para volver a hospedarme.

comments Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este hotel. Lo mejor es la ubicación, a sólo unos pasos de la estación de metro Sol, lo que hace inmejorable moverse. Tienes todo cerca, incluido un Corte Inglés. Lo que también valoramos mucho es que la habitación sea cómoda y limpia. Otro plus es contar con wi-fi gratuito en todo el hotel incluidas las habitaciones. La atención del personal fue muy buena, siempre recibimos un trato cordial y amable, lo que agradecemos mucho. Las únicas sugerencias serían: i) que la litera fuera más segura porque daba miedo caerse de la cama; y ii) que cambiaran la puerta del baño para que el baño fuera un espacio más privado, lo que es especialmente importante cuando una familia comparte la habitación. Recomiendo mucho este hotel, excelente precio, ubicación, limpieza y atención.

comments Hello, The hotel was good, the room as well, the service in general too. However I have to say I was disappointed by the "Romantic" service I got with the "Romantic" room booking I did. It was mentioned bottle of cava and I got to mini warm bottle of cava. Plus additionnaly, the chocolate I received (and paid for) was a bit ridicule. So to end, I would say the hotel is good but not worth to pay for any extra/special services. Sebastian Matoso

comments Lo mejor sin duda es la situación. Lo principal está todo muy cerca del hotel. El personal es muy atento y el servicio de limpieza es bueno. Mi habitación daba a la Puerta del Sol lo cual ideal por la vista, pero por las noches se escuchaba ruido de la calle de la gente que volvía de marcha. En conclusión, merece la pena. Madrid tiene mucho encanto y mucho por conocer.

comments La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena y la estancia a sido muy agradable, el personal estupendo, hemos estado en la habitacion 511... solo que no ha sdo de nuestro agrado la limpieza del baño, que se fijen en el borde de la bañera por el plato en las juntas de la bañera hay suciedad acumula y fijarse en los rincones...les sugiero que alla mas limpieza en el cuarto de baño. Es una sugerencia no es una queja.

comments Very nice and central location of the hotel and free internet connection is good as well. Friendly staff and free bike rental is a nice iniative. Bathroom door in glass is not a good solution. Ventilation at room was not good. Noise from the backstreet, not traffic, but from "homeless "persons that had taken location here.

comments Es un excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado en la Puerta del Sol, el mismo corazón de Madrid. El personal es muy simpático y los que atienden el mostrador son muy diligentes, dispuestos a ayudar al huésped en todo. El único problema es la falta de seguridad. Entran los carteristas al vestíbulo del hotel. Se debería contratar a un guardia de seguridad.

comments The location was the hotels' best feature along with the young, friendly and helpful staff and the wonderful breakfasts. The name 'Hi Tech' is not really appropriate as simple things like the computers for internet use were inadequate and the internet was not really secure in my opinion. Outdated decor with too many controls for the shower, as for those glass doors in the bathrooms, these should go!

comments I have stayed in Petit Palce Hotels twice now and on both occations the hotels have been ideally located close to Metro stations and the lively parts of central Madrid. I love the style of Petit Palace Hotels and its cleverly refurbished surroundings adds to their class.

comments Como hotel para estar unos dias en el mismo centro de Madrid, perfecto. Todo te lo tienes a mano. El personal muy atento.El desayuno , para lo pequeñito que es aquello, muy completo. Lo peor, hay un poco de ruido en la habitacion, pero entiendo que lo da la zona , como cualquier otra. y la ducha, que estaba con mucho moho en las juntas, deberian de arreglarlo porque da un aspecto de mala limpieza en ese aspecto, cuando no es asi.
