	la verdad que el servicio muy bien, habitación exterior como deseabamos, aunque no es que fuese pequeña es que tenia demasiadas cosas, ropero grande aunque muy incomodo, y en fin el baño muy bien resuelto amplio casi lo mejor del alojamiento, en definitiva, muy bien localizado y el personal muy amables y profesionales para ser tan jovenes. gracias

	Estancia muy agradable, como siempre que he visitado este hotel en mis estancias en Madrid. En todo caso, para mejorar algo, debería de emperzar a pensarse en una remodelación de las habitaciones.

Bien pero la habitación "romántica" es batante pequeña - eso sí con cama de matrimonio que hoy en día es difícil de encontrar en un hotel. Trato del personal muy bueno. El desayuno fue el mayor problema que vi del hotel. La cafetera no iba bien, se estropeaba bastante y cuando conseguíamos el café estaba muy malo y tostada ya estaba fría. Recomiendo no desayunar en el hotel y hacerlo en cualquier bar que hay en las proximidades.

	La Estancia segun mis padres que han disfrutado de la estancia buena y satisfactoria. El unico inconveniente que la reserva realizada indicaba cama grande y la habitación tenia dos camas. No cumpliendo con la reserva realizada.

	it has been a wonderful, cosy and historic hotel right in the centre of the centre of the centre of Madrid. Rooms have been very nice and modern. Staff was very friendly. I love it.

	It was a suprising excellent short stay. The receptionist suggested a few delicious restaurants which we happily went to and it was great. the rooms were clean and big, internet a def plus plus. reception booked a shuttle service and was very friendly. excellent. will come back!

	We really enjoyed our stay here. We were fortunate to book through late rooms and therefore received a big discount, so value for money was incredible! There was a Laptop in room to use Internet, huge shower and staff went out of their was to help us (calling hotels for availability at our next destination). Also very centrally located.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was quiet, safe, friendly and in the perfect location for shopping, eating and seeing Madrid. My only negative comment would be on the door to the bathroom. The idea of having a smoked glass bathroom door without a latch is something I have seen before, but never understood. Surely nobody wants to share their bathroom activities with their traveling companions, especially, as in this case, with their children (we had a family room). Apart from this, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

	Excellent Central location - can walk everywhere, and close to Sol metro. Friendly helpful staff. Lap-top in room much appreciated. Only negative: booked a family room which had good floorspace, but with slanting attic walls and little daylight from small, high window seemed a little cramped. Would check room first, but very much enjoyed stay at hotel and would certainly return.

	Everything went smoothly. Yhe hotel is very good and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to install hooks behind the doors so we could hang coats. That's about it. Best to you all at Posada del Peine. Hope to see you again next time.

The stay at the Hotel was OK - the Wifi was free which was great. We checked in and were given a smoking room, we did not request a smoking room and the front desk did not ask for our preference. We went back to the front desk to get a non-smoking room. We took the elevator to our new floor and ended up having to go down about 8 stairs to get to our room which did not have an elevator on the same level. The breakfast buffet was average, the eggs were cold but they had enough to choose from. The location of the hotel cannot be reached via car so you have to walk to get there which is not good if you have a lot of luggage, it's located right off Plaza Mayor, great tourist location.

	This hotel was ideal for all attractions including the Plaza Mayor. It was only a short walk to metro. The hotel was clean with helpful and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with a great choice. I would recommend this hotel for all the reasons above.

	Overall a fantastic hotel and a fantastic location so central in between puerto sol and palza mayor. Great area and lots to do - only one downside - no tea/coffee making facitilites in the room, although almost made up for this with the fantastic coffee available free from 12.00

	overall satisfied (i guess) BUT for a hotel that claims a 4 star rating i woult at least expect a GYM/Swimming pool. and a more grand room (with somewhat of a wow factor)! Staff are v helpful and friendly. Clean hotel/rooms and very Quiet for a hotel in this excellent location.

Outstanding location. We stayed in a quad room, and it was wonderful. Excercise bike (which we did not use as we were tired of all the walking we did around in Madrid!), the jacuzzi like shower, the bunkbeds, the free internet+laptop, spacious room were all very well worth the money (around E125/night). The Metro station is barely 3 minutes walk and the area is very safe and full of great restaurants/shopping/groceries etc. We travelled with two kids and we all enjoyed ourselves. This place is very highly recommended.

	Only detail was that room was listed as smoking room in the room.. and we had asked "non smoking'.. thank goodness the room did not smell of smoke. When checking in we asked for room on the back as we has heard front room were noisier. Non avaiable but room was not too noisy! Very pleased. breakfast was heathy and generous. We appreciated that! Hotel is well located and pleasant even though the room was on the small side. On the other hand having a computer at our disposal (in the room) was great. Staff was very friendly & helpful - My wife forgot a pair of earrings that were dear to her and after a couple phone calls these were found and held for us for many days until we returned. If this review helps change anything..get rid of the weird violet blue light in the corridors. We will definitely come back.

	eS UN HOTEL TRANQUILO, LIMPIO, CÇOMODO, MUY AGRADABLE Es un hotel tranquilo y agradable, comodo y limpio, y esta situado en una zona muy bonita y conveniente de la ciudad. No espero cambiar de hotel cada vez que venga a Madrid. siempre que tengan habitacion vendre aqui.

	It was right in the centre of everything , the Location was perfect. We were really happy. The breakfast was really good and we had a laptop in our room and an amazing shower . the only negative was the Digital TV there was only one english speaking channel CNN. But madrid was so beautifull , Who needs a TV ?
