I've already told someone at work that if they want a good hotel for sightseeing in Madrid, the one we used was very well sited! No complaints at all, very clear rooms, friendly and helpful staff and one minute from Plaza Mayor and Puerto del Sol (for the Metro). There was even a laptop already set up in the room to let me check the weather forecasts (Oh, so British!).

This hotel is situated in the heart of Madrid with pedestrian streets just outside the door. Fairly quiet, but rather small rooms. Would like to return to this hotel

We really enjoyed your hotel. This was our first trip to Madrid, and the first stop of our vacation. You were the best, and it was a great way to start. Pleasant staff, good breakfast, superb location, splendid rooms, DVDs for the kids.

The staff was so friendly and helpful to us during our trip. The location is great (close to Plaza Mayor -and McDonald's for those with children!)

The hotel was comfortable but unfortunately being in a very trendy area, acess with suitcases was difficult and the noise in the street didn't make for a good night's sleep. Staff were excellent.

I have travelled a good deal over the years and this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in; suitable for both business and a holiday. We had a very good stay, the location is unbeatable and the room very confortable. We thought the bathroom arrangement was a bit strange but the facilities were good, glass doors aside! On the whole, an excellent choice, if we go back to madrid we would choose same hotel.

We found the room quite large and comfortable; the laptop and internet service were great; and the service was quite friendly.

Great location and nice desk staff. Minor maintenance issues in the room but not a big deal. Family room was handy for two adults and two kids. No guard on the top bunk bed. We would go back for a return visit.

This is our third stay at the Hotel Petit Palace Posada del Peine and we have enjoyed it every time. The hotel is excellent and the location cannot be beat!
